Every time I visit this shop, I receive the best and most honest service I’ve ever experienced. I trust them for all my oil changes and any maintenance or repairs needed for my BMW. Their service consistently exceeds my expectations, delivering far better quality than anywhere else definitely better than BMW automotive where I went before. After doing my research, I also discovered they report to Carfax, so all services are properly documented, showing that you’re staying on top of recommended maintenance. I give them a solid 10 out of 10—absolutely outstanding! Thank you for years of exceptional service!

My first time getting service from this location or any Meineke store. Oil Change, Transmission oil and filter and differential oil change on 2007 Cadillac Escalade. I can only rate to that service performed to be Satisfactory. Little things matter, the resetting of the oil frequency on my dash reading and I think all my tire pressure was checked and pump up. Would recommend this shop for this type of service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dominique, the new manager of the Blue Diamond location. He was very helpful, patient, friendly and polite. My car needed a big repair and mechanic Sam did a great job. They even gave me transportation to and from my house, while my car was being worked on. Excellent service !

I went to work there to manage the location for a couple of days. I quickly found out that they were deceiving customers with false statements. They did not mic rotors for minimum specs and yet were telling customers they were under specs and needed to be replaced. There was no working Micrometer in the shop. Now Robert's (Owner) policy is to replace rotors with pads that I personally did not do in my 40 years managing automotive repair shops. I told the owner Robert that having such a store policy is fine but we must use different verbiage when selling such items. I simply said I would not deceive customers and there were other ways to communicate their recommendations. I was let go the next day. If you are going there beware that there are choices when it comes to your brakes and many times rotors can be machined saving the customer monies. I did attempt to contact Meineke corporate office and they did not care. I have found where deception is used in one area of the business then it is likely used in other sales. Beware and if you have questions please feel free to reach out to me. Shame on you Meineke!

When I picked up my car, my military discount was not applied to my bill. The Meinke person lied about applying it my bill and said he couldn't change the bill. Don't trust anything Meinke tells you. They're dishonest. Imagine cheating a senior, disabled and ex-military person.

A 10 day road trip ending in Vegas and disaster but lucky enough the fine folks of this establishment saved us. A 5 hour drive to SD was in front of us and they fixed the main engine cooling fan for 2,150 bucks on a Saturday morning. If was expensive and I was told I was ripped off but they did save us that day.

Exceptionally well run business. Eric is responsive and upfront with pricing and expectations. Work was done quickly and as expected. I have now used the Meineke Car Care Center three times. I have been extremely satisfied and will continue to use their automotive servicing.

My battery light came on and steering wheel got very heavy; I pulled into Meineke Car Care Center #2110 at 3840 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139. General Manager Eric was very friendly, clearly explained what was wrong with my daughter's car, what needed to be done, and fixed everything professionally and caring attitude with great pricing. I haven't seen this kind of customer care, professionalism, and owning the problem until it is fixed properly for decades and I come with 34+ years experience in Hotel & Gaming industry. Eric you are an asset to Meineke Car Care Center and an exemplary human being 🙏 I thank you and my daughter thanks you 🧿

They were polite, and said it would take about an hour. It only took 32 mins so that’s luck of the draw. Straight forward. Most likely go back again. Thankfully there was seating inside and outside.
