Came in to get a tire replaced and the check engine diagnosed him in problem repaired all they did was replace the tire and erased the check engine light in the check engine light came back on two days later

Came in for wheel balancing and oil change today because I was having very small vibration while I was driving. Just drove out to the street with much much worse vibration now car literally tilting to one side now and steering wheel flying everywhere when I drive making it dangerous to drive now smh do not go here!.

This place is awesome. Took my 2020 Dodge Charger 392 for an oil change. Needed 💯% special synthetic oil which needed to be ordered. Said it would take two hours to get there but It arrived faster than expected and car was finished in no time. Service advisor, James M answered so many questions that I had. He's very knowledgeable and I am confident about all the answers that were given. I absolutely love the digital inspection you get to keep up on the updates that are done on your vehicle. It gives the inspection results, the name of the advisor and technician and all the results of good or bad reports. All on your phone! Love it. Thanks James M and thanks Michael S. Great job and car runs much better. Woody is an awesome man! God bless him! Have taken my Infiniti QX50 here for radiator replacement, and many other things. They have been such a blessing esp when I could not afford to take my vehicle to the dealership! Meineke does a good job and a fraction of the price VS dealership. Thank you Woody.

I and a friend of mine took an suv in for A/C problems.Mark the gentleman at the desk was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the process.Without his assistance in everything,we would not have managed to get the car out of the car centre.I want to personally thank Mark for all his help and also thank his crew.I highly recommend Meineke to anyone wno has car problems.Thank you again.

I went for an oil change and inspection to prepare for a road trip. Everything was good but I should come back for a scheduled maintenance issue (coolant flush). The next day I made an appointment to have it done before my trip. They were up front and honest about what I would need but no pressure or scare tactics to convince me. The people are very nice and accommodating. I'll take my other car in for service when I get back from this trip.

Don't go to this place for major repairs. Worst customer service and ability to give deadlines and meet them.. Woody said they would update me and never did. I had to call them each day for 2 weeks, waiting on a transmission swap.. Then to find out they got the wrong transmission and I had to wait another week. Three weeks I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. They couldn't even drive me to the rental and worse they can't tell me how many miles is on the transmission.. just go anywhere else but here!

Our check engine light came on while driving down the 15, we still had 300 miles to go, so we stopped here to have it checked. Turned out to be the fuel pump, they got us in right away and fixed it quickly. From pulling in, to paying and leaving, only took us an hour and a half.

This was my 2nd bad experience with this location and it will definitely be the LAST!!! The 1st time was when I received the vehicle inspection almost 2 hours after leaving. In this inspection they stated that my tire had a nail in it. The problem with that is for one it’s a safety issue so that should’ve been brought to my attention before even leaving the shop. Secondly I was on my way to get my daughter from school and you guys don’t even do tire repairs or changes which is even worse! Then this time I go in for an oil change and I’m told it’ll be 2 hours so I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10am so I can handle the rest of my errands afterwards. I get to the shop and I stand there for 5 minutes before I’m even acknowledged. It’s now 10:40am and I ask when they’re going to start on my vehicle and the service writer says when we get an open bay. The car gets pulled in within 10 minutes and sits there untouched for about 10 more minutes then gets lifted and sits for about 20 minutes in the air. I still wait the 2 hours I would’ve waited without an appointment. When I brought it up the only answer I got with an attitude from the service writer is the appointment just ensures you get into the shop but we got you out as fast as we could. If appointments don’t ensure the job will be done within a reasonable timeframe, this is something that needs to be addressed when accepting/making appointments. If I needed to make an appointment and still leave the car then that should have been stated from the initial appointment conversation!!

Went for a diagnostic the guy tells me the same thing I told him when I bring the vehicle to him an he basically charge me for my own opinion because he couldn't tell me the issue or anything different from what I told him said he did a visual diagnostic like I paid him to look at the car an guess what's the problem went to pepboys an less than 5 minutes the problem was located the same part he looked at I was scammed

Am I honest opinion I think that the staff at the meineke on Craig road and lamb did an excellent job. They were professional, accurate, and got the work done in a timely manner. Being a former service advisor, I know what is entail of that job. So here's to the ones on the front line trying to keep your car and tip top condition. Kudos to you guys. I came in there to get the wheel locks off my wheels. I was very upset when I walked in and they were extremely nice. They got the weekend locks off for me barely charges me anything for it. Very kind people and very good work. Thank you so much!

Not honest. Tried charging me over $1400 for BRAKES, along with telling me i need filters and plugs which if they checked theyd see were brand new. Went down the road to brake masters, $450 out the door, no sales pitch.

The same guy there deals with me regularly. I am a Uber driver and get multiple oil changes. They usually do t try to over sell me things. I feel as if they do a good job. So I am reliable.

Would never come to them again you spend all that money on parts and labor to get your car fix on an engine that’s blown and they stated they didn’t know it was blow … but how when you ran a diagnostic ?? I put new parts on a car that would never work and that’s a total loss for no reason because of auto body shop didn’t know an engine was blown and failing when they were fixing it ??? 😂😂😂
