Staff here is always amazing. Local experience is great. Meinecke corporate almost immediately started spamming my mobile number, and I suspect they sold it to a third party marketer. Sucks that local franchises have to put up with such crappy behavior from executives trying to eak out a few extra numbers every quarter.

I went in to have my brakes checked at this Meineke location, and I was very impressed with Jesse at the front desk and the guys in the back doing the work. They did a full brake job and then some other important things that the car needed. I would recommend them for any of your car service needs. I returned to Meineke for an adjustment on my new brakes a few months after I had them because I had a squeak that continued to get worse, so Mark was phenomenal and got in and got a different kind of breaks Installed and so far no more problems with the squeaking. I know if I should continue to have problems, Mark said to call them anytime and they would make it right. I just can’t say enough good things about Meineke service.

The manager was very nice. The technician did a wonderful job. I received a voucher on Veteran's Day which I used yesterday. They took great service of me. They really respect the 🪖 military. The manager was fantastic and being a former Marine Veteran he really showed appreciation to a fellow veteran.

This company deserves 0 stars. Had a service for brakes and was charged $800 then finance fee went up to $1800 after I told them I was charged for a service never performed. I got diagnostics from 2 other shops and both said they didn’t fix my car. It’s actually a death trap for my child and I. Brakes and rotors don’t go bad in 6-8 months even though the diagnostic was 3 months later. They claim to have a warranty on the services and said I should return the vehicle for them to fix correctly?! I had already paid the $800 plus to have it fixed correctly through another mechanic. The receipt said they did a front end check and alignment but that was proven to be a lie. In order to do an alignment you had to fix the control arms/ball joints, sway bar then you’d fix the rotors and brake pads then an alignment (in this order). This company was willing to put my child and I in harms way to charge for a service never performed. I called corporate and district to make them aware and ask for a refund. They all said I should’ve brought my car back for them to fix it under warranty when my front brake pads and rotors were still the original ones. If you value your life and loved ones stop using MEINEKE. They should have a class action lawsuit coming soon, individually owned or not. Wrong is wrong. Get a lawyer is you’ve used them and can prove they scammed you for services they didn’t perform.

Went in for an Uber/Lyft inspection, my tire pressure sensor was on, was told to pass i cant have any warning lights on my dash, it passed with the tire pressure on last year at the other store?, anyway i had 3 sensors replaced for over $600, a week later and they still don't work , this after they reprogrammed them on install, so now i get to go back and do it all again, next year i'm going back to my home store for inspection, $600 for 3 tire sensors is ridiculous, i can tell when my tires are low

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, I walked in. Told them my needs. Was able to knock out some work and eat lunch at the Mexican restaurant across the street while waiting. When I was done they went over all of the diagnostic reports and how they helped my car be in better care. Would very much recommend.

***** BUYER BEWARE **** My daughter and her husband were driving through on vacation. Their truck broke down and needed repaired. They took it to Meineke and would up driving their truck back home to TN later that evening. They paid over $900 and all the repairs that Meineke did were faulty and by the next morning they had coolant leaking out of the"repairs" that Meineke did. Another mechanic looked at it and noted none of the repairs were done correctly. My daughter and her husband tried to contact Meineke many times over the past month but they received no solutions or help. They were just out the $900+ dollars and still had to pay to have someone else fix it.

I had an oil change at 10:30. I waited with my car. They didn’t start on it till 11:45. They didn’t finish it till 1:15 because they didn’t have my oil filter. I don’t know they didn’t order filter why I was already waiting but okay. He did give me a discount for the wait but it didn’t add up for the time I waited.

I'm glad that I chose to give Meineke another chance at being the one's to work on my vehicle, yes in the past I was displeased with how things were done But, now I find that companies ike people deserve another chance and I'm glad I did and under Jessie and his crew I'll be coming back because I am very satisfied because they know how to treat me, their customers and now I can say thank you.
