Went in for an Uber/Lyft inspection, my tire pressure sensor was on, was told to pass i cant have any warning lights on my dash, it passed with the tire pressure on last year at the other store?, anyway i had 3 sensors replaced for over $600, a week later and they still don't work , this after they reprogrammed them on install, so now i get to go back and do it all again, next year i'm going back to my home store for inspection, $600 for 3 tire sensors is ridiculous, i can tell when my tires are low

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, I walked in. Told them my needs. Was able to knock out some work and eat lunch at the Mexican restaurant across the street while waiting. When I was done they went over all of the diagnostic reports and how they helped my car be in better care. Would very much recommend.

I had an oil change at 10:30. I waited with my car. They didn’t start on it till 11:45. They didn’t finish it till 1:15 because they didn’t have my oil filter. I don’t know they didn’t order filter why I was already waiting but okay. He did give me a discount for the wait but it didn’t add up for the time I waited.

***** BUYER BEWARE **** My daughter and her husband were driving through on vacation. Their truck broke down and needed repaired. They took it to Meineke and would up driving their truck back home to TN later that evening. They paid over $900 and all the repairs that Meineke did were faulty and by the next morning they had coolant leaking out of the"repairs" that Meineke did. Another mechanic looked at it and noted none of the repairs were done correctly. My daughter and her husband tried to contact Meineke many times over the past month but they received no solutions or help. They were just out the $900+ dollars and still had to pay to have someone else fix it.

I went in to have my brakes checked at this Meineke location, and I was very impressed with Jesse at the front desk and the guys in the back doing the work. They did a full brake job and then some other important things that the car needed. I would recommend them for any of your car service needs.

Came in got a new exhaust gasket put on, and back brakes and rotators. Thankfully they were slow that day other wise it would have be an all day event. Thankfully it only took a few hours to knock out! The store Manager was great along with the mechanic! Real professionals considering my experience with other previous Meinke employees. I decided a long time ago I didn’t want to do business with Meinke do to some previous bad experiences but this time the crew you have at your Dutchmans lane location are top notch!

I go to Meineke for service and oil changes. They're always very helpful and go out of their way for me. I asked them before if I could bring my car by because it's telling me that the tires were low and the manager there said bring it by and we'll take care of you. They filled my tires for me and it was such a relief . It's nice to have peace of mind and someone you can depend on. Recently they just fixed a problem that another business could not and it was a headache that I've had to deal with for a year. What a relief to find people that know what they're doing, are honest and dependable!

I'm glad that I chose to give Meineke another chance at being the one's to work on my vehicle, yes in the past I was displeased with how things were done But, now I find that companies ike people deserve another chance and I'm glad I did and under Jessie and his crew I'll be coming back because I am very satisfied because they know how to treat me, their customers and now I can say thank you.

My family has been to this Meineke over 10 times in the last 5 years for routine oil changes & minor repairs. Typically no problems. Last week, after a routine oil change, I had a small oil leak after the oil change. It was a annoying to bring the car back to fix a simple problem, but it got repaired in a few minutes. I've had better experiennces at this Meineke location that the typical "instant" oil change stores. The instant oil change store typically make a lot of silly mistakes. I would recommend this Meinkeke store.

Recently I repaired my car at Meineke Car Repair Center. Technician are awesome but, the problem is they order cheapest parts from parts center and charge way high prices. They only think money that time. They never think customers financial situations.they just rob the customers. There is not all customers are millionaires. Very upset!☹️☹️

I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my car in at 9am Friday for A/C work. They called and said it needed parts and that I could pick it up Saturday. They close at 4pm so at 3 pm I called and was told it would be ready very soon. I received a call from the store manager at 5:30 and was told that the A/C mechanic walked out bc he had to work to late. They are closed on Sunday and I have to work on Monday. The store manager recommended that I RENT a car to get to work on Monday! They are clearly over their head on this repair. They would not give me my car back on Saturday when I told them that I could not go without it. Said the mechanic left in an undrivable state when he walked out of his shift after not repairing my car. Meineke is illegally holding my car in their garage bc they don't have a skilled mechanic to fix it!

Negative 0 if allowed worst companie ever went in with 1 issue wanting a estimate and they came back with over 2000 worth of stuff most of which I had already had replaced never go here ever they lie and if your a woman and you don't know about cars definitely do not go will take advantage of you this place needs to be shut down their mechanics are garbage and liers!

Really great experience with this specific Meineke. They took care of me quickly, price was really reasonable, didn’t try to upsell anything and even replaced a faulty sensor on a different issue for free. Highly recommend this location. I will bring my car back here any time I have an issue now.
