Rob gave the best customer care experience ever! My issue was resolved. The only I don’t like is my vehicle was pushed to the side for free oil changes for veterans, other than that great service. This is my second visit to this location. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day, and then dropped my vehicle off the day before. I was informed via text that Bruno was checked in. Curtis called and explained the diagnosis, and I gave the go ahead for the shop to procedure with repairs. My vehicle was ready when I arrived at 5:30pm.

Hi I went there like a week ago and they have the best customer service... They got me in and out quickly gave me the results I was looking for and their staff treated my car like it was VIP and they inspected it and everything and they done it right.. I'll let meineke on Dixie highway be your One stop shop for all of your car needs.

Decided to move from downtown meineke due to an employee that left really like her she was a great employee. So then called made appointment went in no appointment set so booked with competent employee I was like cool alright I might be ok then went in for oil change different employee then the day before and he gave me synthetic blend instead of full synthetic im sure it has my history of full synthetic. As they pulled it in he said my battery was having issues and I was aware and didn't want a battery and said don't worry about it. They didn't do anything else like they use to the inspection. We'll im definitely going to look for somewhere else

I was only gone for a few minutes my engine light came back on wasn’t resolved but engine light was only dismissed, hopefully when I return Monday morning they will provide some resolution, I was told after getting the keys to my car that my timing chain was loose and I only need to keep oil in my car , however my timing chain is the source of the problem should’ve been addressed immediately I was charged almost.3,000 & after the fact the said I’ll need another 1,700 but they were aware of the issue after all of that only to leave with new tires and an oil change however it was never evaluated or on my diagnostic until I left the lot . Ladies be sure to educate yourself ask questions because it is easy to be mis lead . Will follow up with an update

Great staff. Rob now the District manager takes great pride in all of his stores and helping customers. Garrett the store manager of the Dixie location has been in the car business for years. He really cares about people, and is extremely helpful every time I’ve been. Between Rob and Garrett I know my entire fleet is well serviced and well maintained.

Staff was polite & worked me in (as a walk-in) within 30 minutes. I was notified that there were some additional services recommended but wasn't pressured into anything. The work was completed relatively quickly and i was thanked for my patronage. Dixie highway Meineke is definitely my first choice for all of my car care needs.

Terrible service, multiple delays, and poor quality of work, and results. Very fast to deny responsibility and warranties. Don't pay for your vehicle until you test drive or inspect their repairs. 12 hours after Meineke service my vehicle for a tune up and oil change, I'm looking for a reputable service station to repair their services. I'll stay away from this Meineke location until corporate can resolve this poor performing location in Shively Kentucky.

They did a great job with fixing my VW (Volkswagen)The price was affordable they fixed my car in no time! The Diagnostic was free! If I have anymore car issues in the future I’ll definitely be back!

Dropped car off at 7:30 am to get diagnosed at 3:30 called to see what was going on with car because I knew they closed at 4. Tara the customer service rep said they were pulling my car in at that time and she would call me back. Of course she didn’t and they closed for the weekend. My car sat the whole weekend only for them to tell me it was an electrical issue which is the reason I dropped it off in the first place. I could have told them that . No other information just to google an electrical shop. Poor customer service will definitely NEVER be back . It’s the 2nd time my car has sat all day there with no resolution. Never again.

I go out of my way to tell people not to take their car here there's far better and more reliable service shops in the area that will treat you and your vehicle with respect.

Poor communication between the customer and the mechanics. For a fix that should have taken an hour, it took 10. Would only recommend if you are wanting a bad time, and to spend too much money.

The guy that was running the store that day about a couple months ago cut me a deal on an alignment on my 18 ford escape. I got it out on Dixie hwy drove it home and I did not hardly see any improvement. It’s my wife’s car and about 2 weeks later she said her alignment feels like it never was touched. I’ll never take anything back to these guys. Tried to sell me an oil change I told the dude just align it I change my own oil. They can’t even align the car right why would I want you to change my oil

The mechanic works with me very awesome man his name was George the whole crew I'm talking the whole crew was awesome I'm a victim of domestic violence relocating and they looked out for me at the bare minimum I have never seen such quality and good people and such wonderful service

Well I was talked out of having my heater core replaced , there's a crack in my dash which they will deny but it's right above where my heater core is but there was no crack in my - before it went in. But I got to pay them 600 bucks for flushing my radiator and filling my radiator and putting a thermostat on. Which takes less than an hour. By the way

Best service in Louisville. Tells you exactly what’s wrong and nothing more. I’m a repeat costumer and will always come back especially if Rob is there. They care about vehicles and not over charging service. Everything is done in a timely manner. Great team of mechanics
