Best service in Louisville. Tells you exactly what’s wrong and nothing more. I’m a repeat costumer and will always come back especially if Rob is there. They care about vehicles and not over charging service. Everything is done in a timely manner. Great team of mechanics

Poor communication between the customer and the mechanics. For a fix that should have taken an hour, it took 10. Would only recommend if you are wanting a bad time, and to spend too much money.

Well I was talked out of having my heater core replaced , there's a crack in my dash which they will deny but it's right above where my heater core is but there was no crack in my - before it went in. But I got to pay them 600 bucks for flushing my radiator and filling my radiator and putting a thermostat on. Which takes less than an hour. By the way

Dropped car off at 7:30 am to get diagnosed at 3:30 called to see what was going on with car because I knew they closed at 4. Tara the customer service rep said they were pulling my car in at that time and she would call me back. Of course she didn’t and they closed for the weekend. My car sat the whole weekend only for them to tell me it was an electrical issue which is the reason I dropped it off in the first place. I could have told them that . No other information just to google an electrical shop. Poor customer service will definitely NEVER be back . It’s the 2nd time my car has sat all day there with no resolution. Never again.

The mechanic works with me very awesome man his name was George the whole crew I'm talking the whole crew was awesome I'm a victim of domestic violence relocating and they looked out for me at the bare minimum I have never seen such quality and good people and such wonderful service

The guy that was running the store that day about a couple months ago cut me a deal on an alignment on my 18 ford escape. I got it out on Dixie hwy drove it home and I did not hardly see any improvement. It’s my wife’s car and about 2 weeks later she said her alignment feels like it never was touched. I’ll never take anything back to these guys. Tried to sell me an oil change I told the dude just align it I change my own oil. They can’t even align the car right why would I want you to change my oil

Great experience! Rob, the manager took my car in even though they were very busy. He was kind, accommodating, patiently explained the details of the issue with my car and ensured he kept me updated as I waited for my car.

Pleasant to deal with and mechanic did job to my satisfaction but parts were one pressure washer, and whatever brake fluid it took to fill my reservoir and lines to capacity, labor they did was put that washer on and swap the two front calipers because they said they were on wrong, and drain and refill in bleed my brakes. They initially said over $400 and I told the manager I'm going to fixed income and I can't do that so he said what do you think it's worth and I said well I don't think it's worth but a couple hundred dollars but I know you're not going to do it for that so I said I have $350 in my pocket. I didn't tell him that was all the money I had left to get me through the end of the month but I'm sure that wouldn't have made any difference. What was I supposed to do because I had no brakes and had to use the emergency brake to get the car to meineke. They had me over a barrel with no way out but to pay it. They worked on that for no more than one hour because I watched them (two mechanics on it shot s*** for 10 to 15 minutes before they actually got started on those calipers which only took right at 20 minutes) and set my timer (stop timer when two mechanics or busy talking instead of working) on my phone. Minimal tiny amount of supplies were used by them so most of this went to labor. Tell me that one hour of shop labor at meineke plus those minimal parts is worth being charged $350. Total highway robbery and I do not recommend going to the meineke at flintlock and Dixie highway Louisville Kentucky!! I have put in a request for a refund of $100 and if they do that for me then I will gladly change the feedback here and I will gladly give them five stars but again I had no choice I had to pay it I had to have brakes. Good luck if you go there and I won't be recommending anybody unless they get this overcharged corrected! Robert Barbour Louisville Kentucky.

Rob and the staff where amazing and very welcoming, gave me details about my issue with my car and gave me a reasonable price within a budget. They where extremely quick in and out in hour. If I could rate them a 10/10 stars I would.

The upsell tactics at this location is very offsetting and slimy. Also charging 115.00 to replace brand new windshield wipers is crazy. Never go here if you’re looking for honesty. They will try to convince you the vehicle is on its last leg and truthfully all it needed was an oil change. Scammers.

This is the worst place to take you automotive to do repairs . Had an appointment at 10am. Dropped my truck off and had my wife pick me up. Was having issues with my front end shaking. I waited for them to contact me It was 4:30 pm so I decided to call them he said my car is on the rack but would call me back. I knew they closed at 6pm. So I decided to drive over there and they still wasn't done. What really pissed me off they didn't address my issue but did a full maintenance check over . The estimate for all the repairs came to 3,777.00. Said i needed a tune up even though I had a reman motor installed with 35,000 miles and it was running fine, tires,brakes,rotors,calipers $119 for break fluid, front end alignment, radiator flush, ect ect ect. Imean they said I needed everything and what's so bad about it I'm a mechanic for 44years but at my age I don't do work on my cars anymore. Then he tried to pressure me into getting 2 new tires a front end alignment and rotors and calipers to fix my issue. My question to him was why didn't you call and get my permission to do that. Not all the other bs you tried to messed me over with. They use pressure tactics to get your money I'm 64yrs young but I'm not stupid. Wish I could leave 0 stars . Stay away from this company. You'll thank me later. Terrible company trash

I recently came in for a oil change. The manager Gary was awesome. He explained in detail exactly what my car needed to get repaired in the future. I definitely would be coming back for future car repair.

I love the fact that the communication was broke down by services and price through text messages and I could pick and chose the services I want without being bullied into anything that I wasn't prepared to pay for. Very honest, quick with my service and fair prices.

Went in for an issue with my wipers, then they tried to get me to spend $7100 to replace my entire brake system when I only needed a new caliper and brake pads on one wheel. I will not be going here again.

Staff was polite & worked me in (as a walk-in) within 30 minutes. I was notified that there were some additional services recommended but wasn't pressured into anything. The work was completed relatively quickly and i was thanked for my patronage. Dixie highway Meineke is definitely my first choice for all of my car care needs.
