As a whole I had a very positive experience. Where there were hiccups in the form of wait times such as a 1 hour and 1/2 additional delay on service completion that ended up unsuccessful due to a faulty spark plug out of the box, which mentioned does happen from time to time, and unnecessary language heard in the actual garage made by workers making personal calls the effort and the hard work was there. It was evident. The final result was satisfactory. With the great customer service skills put forth by Cristal, I believe was her name, who ran front of house I had a pleasant wait time and I was compensated for the inconveniences described above. All in all I will be a returning customer.

My appointment for oil change is 11 am but i waited for more than 2 hours for an oil change. It's a waste of time.

They always take care of me! They're very honest with me on my vehicles and not just to take your money and not fix the problems! I will continue to take any issues or problem with any of my vehicles there! I got another automobile and they always go to great lengths to get me on my way!

I went Meineke on outerloop to get headlight bulbs changed in my mazda. I came back a few days later and purchased 4 new tires. I waited hours for 3-4hrs both days. I did not complain. I patiently waited. The next day while driving my car I could hear something flapping and hitting my front tire. I go back to Meineke. The manager (Thomas ) profusely denied that they touched that part of my car and that evidently it was already broke when I got there. Mind you, they did a front to back inspection of the whole car when I got the headlights installed (that cost me $335). Seems like it would be obvious if it something was hanging where they just put on a new tires the day before. Now that piece is really loose and has a hole burned in it from hitting the tire. I think it’s called wheel arch liner. Per further research and speaking with another mechanic they evidently had to remove this part to install the headlights!!! Maybe they didn’t secure it back but I shouldn’t be the one that has to replace it. Plus admittedly denying and dismissing me was so disappointing considering I just spent over $1,000 in less a few days. Who do I call to file a formal complaint since the manager is unwilling to listen?? I’m so disappointed.

Meineke car care center have a great team worker I was surprised I went for oil change as customer, they told me that you don’t need to pay because u have a point. We can deduct from your point . They always do a good job .

Went in for oil change and they broke air filter box. when I questioned noise after oil change, they said that wasn't it. After taking to another mechanic who said filter box was broken, then bringing it back to Meineke, they said that wasn't it. Finally, had other mechanic replace filter box which solved problem. After 6 weeks of stonewalling, they said there was no proof they did it, even after I sent pictures of broken filter box. Bottom line $500 oil change. Both incompetent and dishonest.

Wonderful experience! Went for 2 new tires, ended up with 3 nails in one of the tires that was NOT being replaced-Curtis offered to patch it at no charge until I am able to get 2 more tires! Communication was incredible!

Tried selling me things I didn’t need. I watched a lady get scammed into buying things she didn’t really need right now. Not going back. Plus your commercial on TV sucks, I change the station every time it comes on.
