I went Meineke on outerloop to get headlight bulbs changed in my mazda. I came back a few days later and purchased 4 new tires. I waited hours for 3-4hrs both days. I did not complain. I patiently waited. The next day while driving my car I could hear something flapping and hitting my front tire. I go back to Meineke. The manager (Thomas ) profusely denied that they touched that part of my car and that evidently it was already broke when I got there. Mind you, they did a front to back inspection of the whole car when I got the headlights installed (that cost me $335). Seems like it would be obvious if it something was hanging where they just put on a new tires the day before. Now that piece is really loose and has a hole burned in it from hitting the tire. I think it’s called wheel arch liner. Per further research and speaking with another mechanic they evidently had to remove this part to install the headlights!!! Maybe they didn’t secure it back but I shouldn’t be the one that has to replace it. Plus admittedly denying and dismissing me was so disappointing considering I just spent over $1,000 in less a few days. Who do I call to file a formal complaint since the manager is unwilling to listen?? I’m so disappointed.

Meineke car care center have a great team worker I was surprised I went for oil change as customer, they told me that you don’t need to pay because u have a point. We can deduct from your point . They always do a good job .

Went in for oil change and they broke air filter box. when I questioned noise after oil change, they said that wasn't it. After taking to another mechanic who said filter box was broken, then bringing it back to Meineke, they said that wasn't it. Finally, had other mechanic replace filter box which solved problem. After 6 weeks of stonewalling, they said there was no proof they did it, even after I sent pictures of broken filter box. Bottom line $500 oil change. Both incompetent and dishonest.

Great service. Performed so professionally at a great price. Will continue to use this store. Staffing caused a little lost time but will not cause me to look to other stores for services on both of my vehicles.

Tried selling me things I didn’t need. I watched a lady get scammed into buying things she didn’t really need right now. Not going back. Plus your commercial on TV sucks, I change the station every time it comes on.

Wonderful experience! Went for 2 new tires, ended up with 3 nails in one of the tires that was NOT being replaced-Curtis offered to patch it at no charge until I am able to get 2 more tires! Communication was incredible!

The manager there was honest friendly the waiting area was clean and I didn’t have that feeling of being sold things that I didn’t need. Even though they were busy I felt like they took the time out to be courteous and friendly! Would recommend them to anyone

They took forever to change a transmission also they never called me to let me know the car was ready for pick up when i got there drove the car a few miles started making turbo noises like the car was not getting enough power , mechanic told me he tried on before giving it to me , he didnt give a f about the car he knew something was wrong with it and still they let me pick it up i had to wait till next day for a "supposedly fix" and still has a noise this places sucks dont recommend at all find somewhere else.

You make an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment takes 2 1/2 hours. An hour in they said they drained it and sold me on a new air filter and an engine flush. (Which takes no longer than 30 minutes.) An hour after that it was said they didn’t even have my type of oil and had to call and get some delivered. And if my tires were even rotated they were not done in a pattern suggested for a rear/4wd vehicle. (Small curb rash on both passenger wheels) which makes it obvious if they’ve been properly rotated.
