I have done a lot of business with Meineke and each experience has been great. They’re very patient, thorough, and professional. Just with my last service from them I saved around $2000 as my Dealership was taxing me, badly! I appreciate the guys at the Plantside location very much! 5 Star service!

It was total kous. They had my truck for three days and still did not fix the problem. I never had anyone call me for updates. I had to call them then it was I don't know what s going on I will check call you back but no one ever did. I had to call back myself. I still had to pay 185.00 for them to do the diagnostic to find out what the problem was but it never got fixed. I went and picked up my truck and Iam going to take it somewhere else. I would not recommend them to someone else. This hole thing was a total lack of them keeping me informed.

Jeff is knowledgeable for sure. But I was recommended for fuel system cleaning and as I don’t have much knowledge of car which ended up doing inspite of having performed same maintenance last year in same shop, paying $100 one more time. This is second time having unverified suggestions with meineke, will avoid going in future.

They were fast and fair. It seemed like there was an issue in the front-end and they said the tires were in awful shape. They were right. It ends up being the tires.

My wife and I broke down on a trip, Jeff (store mgr) took care of diagnosing the problem wrong with our vehicle, gave us a place to wait for over 3 hours and was polite and courteous the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and make sure to speak to Jeff, he will treat you like he’s known you for 20 years and get you on your way with a fixed vehicle. ‘S a straight shooter and will do all he can to help you, a VERY rare find these days.

Jeff asked me what problem my car was having and after I told him that my driver's side front tire had a slow air leak that showed up each morning with an icon on the front instrument panel. It's a rental car from Redding California. I would fill the tire every morning and the icon would disappear. After several weeks of doing this each morning, I called the rental company and they told me to get it fixed. So when Jeff told me he found the leak and that it was too close to the edge of the tire to patch and needed to be replaced, I was able to get permission from the rental company to purchase a new one. Long story short, he and his dedicated team solved the problem. Kudos to him and his professional team of experienced technicians! A perfect 10 to all of them.

Took my car on 10/18/24. I told them what auto one told me what was wrong. They suggested to still run a test. I paid over 1k for fixed and a week later my check Engine light comes on. Now I know when I take this car back they going to tell me that I have to pay more money when i told them what was wrong with it from day one. Not happy at all

Very professional. Took a used car that I was thinking about purchasing there and Jeff ( the manager ) went above and beyond . He is extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing the car thanks to Jeff! I will definitely return if I ever need any work done on my new to me suv.

I went for help installing a new sun visor for my wife's car. I had taken the old one off myself but could not get the new one in. So I ask if they could help. Good news, they could and got me in right away. Bad news was it was $92 for about ten minutes of labor! I was hoping for a little break as we've been good customers and have spent a few thousands dollars there this year(brake work, pads, rotors and a new alternator). And even told our daughter to bring her car there recently. I have always recommended this shop, but was very disappointed in the labor charges.

A few months ago I took my vehicle here to see what was wrong with my A/C. They told me my vehicle needed a new air compressor and in doing everything they would need to do to put a new one in would cost me over $3000. I took my vehicle to another auto shop who told me it was my condenser. They put a new one in and it cost me just a little over $600. Now tell me Meineke isn't ripping people off?! This outraged me!!!! I will never return here and my company I work for will not be returning either.

I took my car to meineke for the first time to get a tune up, and the guy name Jeff is a super guy, very helpful and very knowledgeable about cars. I will definitely return. I do recommend to take your car to meineke on Plantside drive in Louisville ky, and ask for Jeff.

Needed immediate help on a late Saturday afternoon, with what was an exhaust issue prior to leaving for out of state travel early the next day. Matt handled the phone call with professionalism and urgency, and got me setup to arrive and store manager, Jeff was equally outstanding in help, explaining the situation and took care of everything. Would highly recommend this location and thank these men for helping me, when so many other places I called could or would not. Thank you.
