They did a free diagnostic on my vehicle and when I decided not to move forward with repairs, they facilitated the return of my vehicle with any additional charges.

Zach was so kind and taking to me when I had an emergency traveling up from Nashville to Indy. Looked at my car, free tow and free inspection, took the time to tell me what was wrong and who to talk to at the insurance company. Would recommend everyone in Louisville come to him for your repair needs. A good manager but more than that, a good human.

Zack and Evan from the Preston highway location in Louisville, Ky were amazing and got my breaks done super fast! I highly recommend! If ya’ll get a chance, purchase Zack’s beard oil! Really good stuff.

❗️❗️❗️READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING❗️❗️❗️ Took my Toyota Highlander in after talking to Zack the manager (very nice guy ant that time) about my 3rd party warranty, and just wanting to get a check up on my truck. Went in with no lights on or popping on. After leaving meineke off Preston hwy I now have lights popping on. No wonder why they do free diagnostic. I should have read the reviews to this place before going. I called Zack letting him know hey this wasn’t happening until I allowed you all to check my truck out. For him to be management Zack was very unprofessional when talking to me about the situation over the phone. Hopefully his DM or someone higher up takes a look into how your running things over there & how he is speaking with customers.

Excellent very clean, didn’t hard sell and had hot coffee for customers. I will always go to Meineke plus there bathroom were extra clean and fresh.

First off I called the day before and made a appointment, but when I got there the did not have the appointment. that was no problem. 2nd I got a oil change with free tire rotation but some how they forgot to do. Note I took my vehicle in at 12:30Pm came back to get at 3:30. Waited at cash register for 20 minutes and got frustrated so I went to look for someone. When I found someone they said my Truck was ready. then I said have the tires been rotated and the manager said yes, I said how did they keep all the brake dust from the front wheels to the rotated back wheels. he said if you want to wait 30 minutes to a hour they could rotate. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH YOU! I was hoping to starte a new relationship with your company. I am the purchasing Manager for a company close by and was also looking for someone to do fleet maintenance on our 30 vehicles. Needless to say I will keep looking.

The we're very nice as the tried to get me to pay1400$ for a brake job. So I went to brakes 4 less an paid 670$ out the door. MEINEKE was charging for truck parts and car parts we're needed. It was just ridiculous

Was told a 45 minute to just inspect my brakes. Two hours later they gave me my inspection information. They didn’t have the parts in stock. I waited two hours for nothing for my 2016 ford fusion.

Very nice, great customer service, great speed to diagnose and fix the issue. We were just driving through town when our car broke down and they got us back on the road in less than an hour.
