Excellent very clean, didn’t hard sell and had hot coffee for customers. I will always go to Meineke plus there bathroom were extra clean and fresh.

First off I called the day before and made a appointment, but when I got there the did not have the appointment. that was no problem. 2nd I got a oil change with free tire rotation but some how they forgot to do. Note I took my vehicle in at 12:30Pm came back to get at 3:30. Waited at cash register for 20 minutes and got frustrated so I went to look for someone. When I found someone they said my Truck was ready. then I said have the tires been rotated and the manager said yes, I said how did they keep all the brake dust from the front wheels to the rotated back wheels. he said if you want to wait 30 minutes to a hour they could rotate. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH YOU! I was hoping to starte a new relationship with your company. I am the purchasing Manager for a company close by and was also looking for someone to do fleet maintenance on our 30 vehicles. Needless to say I will keep looking.

The we're very nice as the tried to get me to pay1400$ for a brake job. So I went to brakes 4 less an paid 670$ out the door. MEINEKE was charging for truck parts and car parts we're needed. It was just ridiculous

Was told a 45 minute to just inspect my brakes. Two hours later they gave me my inspection information. They didn’t have the parts in stock. I waited two hours for nothing for my 2016 ford fusion.

First of all the level of customer satisfaction is so impressive at Meineke, everyone from management to the servicemen all take your satisfaction very serious and that is very much appreciated! I had to return to have brake work inspected that had been done previously, but following the inspection the problem was found and new brakes were installed at no cost to me! The new brakes have definitely improved my car's performance and I would definitely recommend Meineke to any of my friends and family! A-1 service!!

On Saturday me n my wife show up at 10 am and leave around 2 30 pm the man was working on my car was going get a new ID taken forever get it done was a mad n all not the way to do business

The only good thing I can say is the manager Zack is very polite and friendly and generally a good guy. The service techs leave a lot to be desired. Burned a hole in my car seat, poor exhaust welding and incorrect parts ordered, as well as leaving wrappers for parts in my car and leaving Taco Bell mess in my car. I don't eat taco bell so it definitely wasn't mine. Poor work and poor service, I will never go there again. And would recommend that nobody else does either.

Very nice, great customer service, great speed to diagnose and fix the issue. We were just driving through town when our car broke down and they got us back on the road in less than an hour.

Good afternoon I am having trouble with my car when I drive the car is missing like it wants to stop every time I step on the gas it started yesterday afternoon and doing the same thing today I am afraid to even drive I need to bring my car back in because it wasn’t doing this my car was running fine I just had a tune up in July I keep up the repairs on my car, I need to bring it and to see what is going on

Had an 8:00 appt, got there about 10 till. Did not get finished until 10:00. That was only for an oil change. Why make appts if you're not going to be on time. 2 hrs is way too long for an oil change.
