Brought my Vehicle to their Sister store for some work, was told they would need it for a week. Then When I called to get an update they said to count on them needing it additional week and they will work on it when they can. I sent an email to customer service and the next morning things rolled into gear. Offered to send it to the Bardstown road location and it would be done by Saturday (they got the vehicle mid Friday). From the moment my vehicle arrived there I was given updates letting me know it arrived, too test driving, too when it was completed. The communication was flawless with the Bardstown store and the work was extremely fast! So appreciative of them making it happen!

My car suffered some damage during a winter storm and had to tow my car to the location. In all, the guys at the Meineke were great and super efficient, where I was expecting a lot more time for them to work on my car. It took them all but 2 days, even when the work needed included replacing the radiator. Super unexpected and while it wasn’t cheap, I was happy to have my car back on the road in FAR less time than I thought. Will intend to return for anything extensive issues.

Had 4 tires mounted while they were busy. After the wait, from lift to done I'd say 40 mins. 😄 Price? $82 after tax, I brought my own tires so that's for labor alone. Way less than I expected. If I got their tires I would have had a warranty too.

I had problems with my coolant system for a 2nd time and I'll be honest, I did not think they would actually covet it under their warranty, but they did. I was very concerned but they covered all work and parts. The only thing I wish they that they would cover the cost, for having the car towed to themBut other than that, I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Had to get a tire replaced and they were more than helpful with getting it done, upon showing up I did not know that’s what I needed but they took the time to test everything and to walk me out and show me what the problem was before they fixed it. I honestly recommend this place to everyone for all your car needs, they will not disappoint.👍👍

I am thankful for the warranty of service in my company truck, they replaced the brake line that was originally installed. Being able to know they back up their work, Helps know we can keep our company trucks up and running!

I had a wonderful experience at Meineke! I had already been to autozone twice and OReilleys who said they could not help me at all! I took a chance on pulling into the parking lot right next to Oreillys. Every place had told me there was no way to get the part I needed for my headlight and here it was that they actually had one! They were so friendly and easy to work with! I had all kinds of questions about other issues on my car and our SUV. They didn't make me feel stupid or like they didn't have time for me. It was such a positive experience I won't go anywhere else now! They did advise me what other issues were on my car but didn't bully me into taking care of them that day. It was purely informative information. I would very highly suggest using them if you are having auto issues!

Well I took it in for flush only.. but explain to guy car had been stalling and cutting out while driving. He talked me into a diagnostic test for $181 extra so I said ok. Well he said it came back throttle body sensor and change and remove that for 180 then came back and said need fuel injectors cleaned .. so he then charge another 150 I picked car up when I started I'm the parking lot the car was doing exactly the same thing I brung it in doing.. nothing has changed. I pulled off car still stalling and nothing different changed. I called back today to complain he said bring it back Thursday and I am. But I will not pay another dime.. for your mistakes and I will not ever use these people or company again. I think they play alot of games and over charge for there services.. 🤔 I will call corporate if they don't fix my car tomorrow
