Stopped in for a flat repair on a Saturday morning. Got me in and out quickly, which was much appreciated. This was my 2nd visit here. The first was an odd ECM issue. They said they would be happy to take my money, but felt the dealers diagnostics was a better route. Their honesty was very much appreciated that time. Highly recommend them.

Easy drop off and pick up. Staff was friendly and took the time to hear my concerns and check out all the areas for repair. No surprises. I will continue to bring my car to this location.

The other night my tire started losing air at a rapid rate. With a quick search I found Meineke Car CC within 5 mins from where I stopped to check the tire. I saw that they were closing in 9min and rushed over to get the tire checked out. They were very helpful and noted I needed a new tire, left the tire with them to replace the next day and had them installed the spare. Returned the next day to install the new tire and return the spare to the trunk. Everything the team did here for me was quick and easy and a relief of stress I needed to resolve this issue! Thanks so much and would recommend to anyone in need of service in the area.

Each of My Experiences at Meineke Has Been Nothing But Superb. They are the Greatest at Fine Friendly, Concerned, Courteous, Polite, Informative, and Precise, Full Car Care Service. Their Lobby, Bay Areas and Parking Lot Presents Cleanliness and an Atmosphere that You Can Be Confident in Trusting Your Car to This Business. Meineke On Union Was GREAT…If You Live In That Area Or If You Are Visiting The City And Need Repairs Visit That Location The Staff Was Friendly They Know How To Treat Our Seniors My Dad Is 74 And They Did Him RIGHT They Were Very Informative And He Said The 🚽 Bathroom Was KLEAN 😂🤣😂 I Can’t Give Specifics On The Names Of The Staff But He ( My Dad ) Said They ALL Was SUPA KOOL

Meineke on Union Avenue was terrific! I walked in and he immediately remembered me from my phone call earlier that morning. The gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and explained everything very well. I enjoyed not having to drive out to Cordova for my oil change and minor headlamp repair.

Great customer service, service was performed in a timely manner, and the issue with my vehicle was clearly communicated to me. The price was very reasonable, and the facility was clean and easily accessible. I will return for future vehicle maintenance or repairs.

After spending $1700 at another National outlet to fix my auto air conditioning unsuccessfully. I took it to Meineke on Union in Memphis. They fixed it in one day for $300. They have my business from oil change to engine overhaul from now until no longer drive.

Brought in my van to have it looked at, they checked it out and recognized the problem. They did not recommend additional repairs even though I was sure it needed them.

John, Matt and Tre were awesome!!! They were so welcoming and accommodating and made sure I had a way back and forth to the shop!! They explained everything going on with my vehicle in detail and fixed it expeditiously!!! I would definitely recommend and will be back for all my car needs!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Really great team at Meineke on Union. I had tires shipped from tire rack to another place nearby with an appointment. They said they couldn’t get me in. The Meineke guys took great care of me at a fair price. 👍 I also recently had flat tire on the way to pick up my wife from the airport and the Meineke team got me on my way within 20 minutes!
