As usual the people at Meineke put the customers first. I thought I needed brake pads but the young man behind the counter said I could wait until the next oil change. Thanks for saving me money.

I had a brake light come on. My neighbors recommended Meineke so I called and made an appointment. They did a thorough inspection of my brakes, and thankfully it turned out to be a sensor. Everyone there was very helpful. Knowing that places would take advantage of some individuals, but that was not the case here. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. I would definitely recommend having service done on your vehicle at Meineke

I was surprised at the honesty of the people there. I went for an oil change but was told I didn't need one they also checked all the fluids, brakes windshield wipers. Very polite will recommend them. Thank you for your kindness.

I followed Brian over to this location from Dobson and Southern. He's a good dude. He stands on business. He does his research if he is unsure of something which to me shows that he's not here just for the money. I'm going to continue getting my service done here and recommend that you bring your vehicle in if you're experiencing car issues or having issues finding a great team of mechanics. I found that this branch was honest and did not attempt to sell me on things that I knew did not need to be addressed unlike other vehicle maintenance companies.

My regular mechanic had given up on my truck. The dealership wanted to charge ridiculous amounts of money. These guys figured out where the issue was and got it fixed. They were great.

Staff did a great job of explaining all services to be performed. I was kept updated on status of iol change and tire rotation. The tech explained the issues they found with the cause of oil leak (minor). His theory was that the oil filter was not tightly sealed at dealership. They did not try to up sell unneeded services. It was an awesome experience and am beyond satisfied.

This is a great shop and very reasonable with their pricing! I would definitely recommend them. We have a Fiat and it seems that so many other places want to go high on their estimates, not these guys! Brian and Mike are great!

Do not ever take your car to this location my brake patch went out after 12,000 miles and ruined my whole brake system They overcharged me by like $250. I spent $510 on brake pads and they couldn’t do their job right It’s pointless to email them because they won’t email you back

Friendly. But that is where the service ended for me. I needed an upper O2 sensor changed. Should be a 15 minute task. Meineke wanted to charge $180.00 to install this part. Went home and changed it myself.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Meineke on University. Jim, Brian and Sebastian all go above and beyond in customer service. Jim - Jimbo - is an expert, wizard mechanic and can tackle just about anything. Sebastian - SeaBass - is up and coming mechanic who is eager to learn. Brian - Bman - works the front desk, he is very professional and courteous. You can be confident that this team will get you car set, no matter the job. Unlike other mechanics, these guys will give it to you straight and honestly - you can trust their professional opinion. I came to get an exhaust installed and they worked tirelessly to ensure fitment, performance, and aesthetics. I am very happy with Meineke on university in Mesa!
