Didn't try to upsell me at all. Told me exactly what the problems were, what was found, what was recommended for immediate fix and explained why it was important. What was recommended pertained directly with the initial concern and explained what may happen if the fix isnt completed but did not guilt me at any point. Told me what the new price would be if I moved forward with the recommendation ahead of time. NOT A SINGLE SURPRISE CHARGE. Actively tried cheaper options before wanting to go to more expensive fixes. Great prices. I literally will never go anywhere else

I had a terrible experience with this service center. I brought my car in for an issue with water, and they said they’d run a diagnostic and get back to me. They called and quoted $750, which supposedly included fixing the battery as well. Even though it seemed expensive, I agreed. After they started the repairs, they suddenly discovered a leaking radiator, and the price jumped to $1250! This should have been identified during the initial diagnostic, yet I wasn’t informed. To top it off, they didn’t even fix the battery, which was part of the original quote. I felt completely misled and overcharged. Very unprofessional service. I won’t be coming back.

Love this location on Dobson and Southern. Bryan my Service Advisor and Evelyn my Technician are amazing. Everything was explained clearly and my questions were answered the future recommendations suggested will be done here. My oil change was reasonably priced, and I know it was done with confidence. This is my go to for my automotive needs. Thank you so much!!!

My experience with Meineke was excellent. After a free suspension inspection, they performed a front-wheel alignment, which was done well. While my posting of appreciation is late, I'm still thoroughly thankful for the owner, who's name escapes me. However, she, along with Gabe, and the technician all offered great care. Not only with my vehicle, but also with putting my mind at ease. Rather than being your average franchise auto shop, the overall business had a family feeling, and that was sincerely nice.

They really explain in detail what your car need as opposed to just saying yes we can do it we can fix it... Im going recommend the Meineke on Southern to all of my friends and family you should too.. and I forgot to mention that they have affordable prices as well

They replaced the axle on my vehicle with the wrong size axle. Months later I had a damaged transmission and obviously needed to replace the axle with the correct size. I brought in documents showing this to them and they have completely ignored me for over a month. I haven't even been offered a refund for the horrible "repair" they originally did. My normal mechanic says he has to fix mistakes from this location constantly and I am inclined to believe him.

I had a great experience at this shop. They work in a timely manner. This shop is in-network with Carvana's third party warranty company, SilverRock. Minieke was able to submit the necessary evidence to SilverRock and was able to work directly with them. Overall, I recommend coming to this shop.

Put my bumper back on badly and paid them $350. Not really happy with the work or the price. I would only go back for the tires and oil changes since I did get the insurance on it for 3 years. I did get a refund and the manager was super nice about it. Wouldn't recommend to go for any car cosmetic repairs but definitely easy routine work ups will still go back for.

We stopped in around 2:30 PM on a Saturday. Our AC had just went out in our car, and we were looking to get it fixed ASAP/same day. It was near closing time, so we were worried that they wouldn’t have time to see us, but the woman at the front assured us that they would at least be able to diagnose the car same day. We waited a short time, and a gentleman indeed came to check it out. While we waited, the woman chatted with us, and we had a great talk! The customer service were was AMAZING. We happened to be on this side of town, but live in the west valley.. we will now go out of our way and travel the extra miles to come get our cars serviced at this shop. 10/10 recommend! They were able to quickly fix our issue, luckily it was a small one— but even if it turned out to be something bigger, we were so happy with the service, we would’ve absolutely moved forward with the repairs.

I just moved to the area from Texas about three months ago and going to a new place and finding new mechanics and people that you can trust with your vehicle is very hard because I’ve been stabbed in the back and used by a lot of mechanics because I’m a woman. Finding this place to get a simple oil change was a breath of fresh air. I told the manager that I was new to town I needed to get an oil change, he scheduled me an appointment right then and there worked around my work schedule at ASU and I just left there with a lot of ease and peace of mind. When I came back from my scheduled appointment, I didn’t have to wait very long. They took my keys brought my car in and within 30 to 40 minutes My car was ready to go and the price that the manager gave me is the price that was charged to my card. No hidden fees no extra labor cost what he quoted me for an oil change for my car is exactly what he charged me. I will definitely be coming back for any service that they offer that my car needs because I know that I can trust them.

Meineke at Dobson in Mesa, AZ. First, I want to shout out Gabe! He was friendly and professional. We spent many hours with him. He was kind. We are from Texas stuck in Arizona with a broke down car. He made things right. He went beyond his duty to help us. Now the bad, the first person I spoke to was Dusten. He told Gabe our only issue was a non start which was incorrect. When he called regarding a dead battery he stated that there would be a test drive. If there had been a test drive the transmission fluid leak and the problem with the rear battery likely would have been found and a timelier repair done. Also, our oil and filter were used and yet we were charged for a full oil change. Also, by the time we had arrived home the fender liner was dragging and torn.

Really great experience with my car repairs at the Meineke Car Care Center in Mesa (Dobson & Southern). My AC went out on my car, brought it in late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to look at my car and also get the repairs done before they closed! This was excellent customer service as I was hoping not to have to come all the way back the next day. So happy to have cool air again!
