Identified the issue within my first visit that I couldn’t get figured out elsewhere. Was up front, transparent about potential cost and broke down the process of what they would do to make sure my warranty covered the issues. Got my car fixed within a day after It took me months of taking it elsewhere trying to just identify the issue. Very professional. Will be going back for any other service needs. It’s been about a week and so far so good. Very very happy with the results, made life much easier and safer for me.

They squeezed me in when it was an emergency and agreed to stay a little late for me to pick my truck up. Then two days later the check engine light comes on. I bring it back. The guy "fixes" the problem and tells me I need an AC compressor. As I'm leaving, the check engine light comes on again. He "fixes" the problem, and the next morning it comes on again. Never again.

The guys at the store on Orange Ave were very professional and detailed about the procedure they were doing on my 4Runner. I could see the tech working on my vehicle from the showroom and he was very thorough and mindful of my needs. This was my second visit and it was the same way on my last visit there. I will be returning there when I need work done.

Horrible place. Dude at front counter acts like he dont wanna be there. My customer went in for a inspection to buy my car. This guy did not even do a inspection but told my customer the car needa thousands in service because he couldint find any tune ups on his carfax report. Tune ups can be done at home. This is a altima 4cylinder. Didint even do a inspection. Never looked at the car. Never drove it. Never opened the hood. Dude needs to get fired.

Knowledgeable staff. I had a valve cover leak and bad coil on my F150 Fx4. The coil was missed by a couple of other repair shops previously. These guys figured it out. My truck drives so much better. Thank you!

Shop was very inviting and no pushing of up sales, manager Aaron and tech jaime, very approachable and knowledgeable..made me feel very comfortable giving my business to this establishment. Would recommend to anyone with car trouble, they'll be in great hands..

Great guys over there! Helped me with my leaky tire, was in and out within 30 minutes! Also, helped fix my var after a really bad curbside accident. Provided video of what they needed to replace and explained everything in great detail.

I had a 7:30 appointment and the shop did not open until about 7:40 but other than that, the front desk person was pleasant enough and printed out a receipt for me upon request. I got a great deal for a full synthetic oil change using a Groupon. I went for some breakfast up the road at Shannon's Casual Café and can highly recommend that place. My second visit here was excellent. They replaced a low beam head lamp in under 20 minutes. $30 for the bulb and $20 for labor. Very happy with the labor charge but not so much with the cost of the bulb. But glad they had it in stock and turned it around so fast.

I will NOT be returning to this establishment to get another oil change in the future. I usually go to Valvoline but I saw a nice Groupon deal for this shop and gave this a shot. It was my first time here and the customer service couldn’t be any more worse. I don’t know anything about cars but what I do know is that there is a right and wrong way to talk to people. The guy at the service desk did not do his job with a single ounce of enthusiasm. He acted like he was being forced to work and was pushy. I don’t think he would understand what good customer service is even if it hit him in the face. It doesn’t take much to be more professional. Thanks for the oil change and I think that was fine at least.

I was told that they were a lot busier than expected (even though I had an appointment) and my oil change would take at least a couple hours to be done. They rushed through the people that were there and they were "done" with my car quickly. They were supposed to do an oil change and top off all fluids.They did change my oil but did not top off any fluids. I would've rather waited and had them take the time to actually do everything that was paid for and supposed to be done. I felt rushed out of there with no real customer service or care for the work they had done, which was incomplete. I will not be going to them again.

This place is a hidden gem! I’ve always had my vehicles purchased and serviced at Ford. I decided to try somewhere different, as I wasn’t getting the service I was used to in the past, so I picked Meinekes. Great customer service, very timely and very considerate staff!! I’ll be back for my coolant flushing in 5000 miles.

The service was exceptional! I shared with my husband my experience I was very happy, the workers were very knowledgeable, and very customer service efficient. They would match Groupon prices and prices we're not price gouging. To be a woman they were honest and open and helpful!
