I thought they did a good job and did not try to overcharge me but they are really bad at estimating accurate times of when things will happen. I don’t expect them to be perfect but I need like an honest estimate. Im an ER nurse and don’t work business hours so I had to find special coverage to come pick my car up because I was told it was ready. When I got there they said, they just had to put the stickers on and it would only take 3-5 minutes- it ended up taking around 20 minutes and I only had coverage for 30. If they had properly communicated to me when it was actually ready, I could have planned better because my coverage in the hospital is limited and I don’t get off until 8pm. When I tried to explain my frustration - they dismissed me and it was really frustrating. They never apologized or took responsibility for telling me the wrong time which screwed over my entire day and risked being terminated from my job :/.

In the neighborhood, easy to get to. Willing to repair an old car. You might need to do a follow up phone call they don't always call in a timely fashion. I trust their work and am happy to take my car there. You can't make an appointment, just drop off your car.

We went to Meineke on a Satuday at around 1 pm.We only had to wait 15 min to know what the problem was with our car which was leaking coolant. The car was fixed right after and we got it back by 3 pm.The price was fair and the service was excellent.We are definetely going to take our car back to Meineke for an oil chage when the time comes.

Dave who was behind the desk was professional and answered the questions I had concerns about. He let me know how many cars that was ahead of me, and once the opportunity came they did my oil change and I went about my business. I will definitely take my car back to them.

Have been to this location several times for oil changes and inspection and recently got new brakes here. Staff are professional, trustworthy and good at explaining things to non car people. I definitely plan to keep bringing my car here and would recommend to anyone else.

Meineke contacted and told me that my vehicle was available for pickup on Saturday 15 minutes before they closed at 4 p.m. I arrived on time and had to wait 40 minutes since they weren't completed. I got in my van and headed home. I was only four blocks away when my van began tripping when i would make turns and was making a terrible sound that made me have to pull over more than once.

I am a meneike customer over five years especially the one in philly 48 spruce. I am very upset to their service yesterday. My air conditioning was cooling enough but the manager asked me to pay 174 dollars to check only the problem.After checking if their is problem to will give me the estimate and fix the problem.i told him i dont have money.But i told them to recharge my AC.After charging my ac still not working properly.I paid them 136 dollars.i return and tell them about the situation and he telling me to pay 174 dollars again.I also do have coupon for AC free check up. He refuse.it looks to me like scam.i will never retur to this meineke again.
