I love this meineke. I have been a customer of this location more than 4 years. The customer service is always good, i don't feel that I'm being taking advantage of like other car shops. What blew me was that it there is a female (Ashley), who knows her stuff about vehicles and i love it. Still my favorite mechanic and location. I have been going here now for 4years now. This location now serves other family members and friends of ours. And now some ex-acquaintances of mine. Ashley and Mike are extremely knowledgeable with all makes and models of vehicles. This is a good and friendly Meineke. I’m so fortunate and glad that the Midas on Cottman Ave didn’t do a good job with my vehicle, because I would have never came across this Meineke and is great employees

I’m in Automotive auto body but I still take my personal stuff to Ashley who has great prices and quick service and I have 4 kids and a wife and tell them all to call Ashley for their cars Great service!

Had great experience with this shop. I had an oil change and Ashley Armbruster the Manager checked me in. They had recommended a few things which I can handle myself. She did not try to push the up sale which was greatly appreciated. I have been at other Meineke shops, and they push to up sales items that can wait and can be frustrating. Thank you, Ashley, for being understanding.

Don't take your car to them. I really did not get a great service. They told me my 4 tires were cracked and needed to buy 4 new ones. We'll I told them no, so I took my car to Firestone and they found no cracked tires, instead they found a screw in one of them. We'll I won't be doing any business to Meineke anymore, they are crooks!!!

Needed an oil change and the service was great. They had my car ready within about two hours, besides the fact that they were pretty busy (it was a Saturday afternoon). Very professional and thorough. Would recommend!

First off, I love dealing with Ashley. She does everything in her power the make the customers confident with all work being done and explains in detail any questions you have. The work that gets done is done right and thoroughly checked over to provide you with a safe and sound vehicle. Meineke also has convenient schedules and hours to do the do the job in a timely fashion. I love and trust Meineke with all my automobile needs. Great selection of services and competitive prices compared to any dealership.

Just started working in the neighborhood last December at Claudios barber shop..pulled into work with a flat. A customer recommended them. I called and was told to bring it right over. Ashley was great! I was able to leave my car there while at work and forget about it. Received a message when it was done yet they graciously let me leave my car in the lot, even though it was packed! They plugged it and gave me the screw that's been slowly letting air out. I scheduled an oil change which was past due. Also they saw I needed 2 new airfilters which they replaced. My 2019 Honda is getting the care it deserves. I have neglected my car maintenance! I found them just in time since they did a battery check and it failed. Nice atmosphere 👌. Nice peeps! They'll definitely be my "go to"!

I am only giving 3 this time because of the person who was being trained. I know I am being petty, however, I was late for work due to not being called when my car was ready. Ashely, apologized for the inconvenience and she gives excellent customer service. I have been coming here for a few years now and I have had no issues with this place.

I brought my work van to Meineke, there were a few things wrong with it, squealing during a cold start, needed new tires, ect. the manager Ashley kept me updated several times that day on what was being done to my van and had also stayed late to make sure it got done. Would strongly recommend for fleet vehicles. The communication was impeccable and my van is driving better than it has in a long time.
