I went there for my muffler.. was in and out at a reasonable price. Thennn my radiator rotted out… I went there… my car was there for one day and was ready. It’s been running fabulously! I have no complaints and trust them enough to take my car back again.

I love this place! The front desk guy Tom is great he won’t try to up charge you, and he will explain things to you so that (ME) as a non car person can understand! Mike the mechanic that works there he is a godsend!!! His hands are a work of art! They have great customer service! The place can stand an update, but think of it as that mom & pop shop you still visit no matter what it needs! I would like for them to fill out the oil change sticker completely but other than that no complaints! Same day service you get what you ask for!

(Sept 2024) Got a quote for a full exhaust-Chris was able to find the muffler & complete the job in a few hours. Highly recommend. (May 2024)Referred to them from my regular mechanic-told I had an exhaust leak & studs were messed up, explained this to Tom. He was great - turned out to be the turbo- 2 screws loose. Fixed in 1/2 hour -no charge. Will recommend them for their professionalism & honesty.

Came in leak coming from manifold checked it said no problem was out within a hour fast and courtesy price was good

Hopefully the problem was corrected. This was my 3rd visit for the same issue. All in all I can say the experience isn’t tooo bad because I have not been charged for consent visits. However lovely the staff, I would like not to see them again, if possible. That being said, my name is completely butchered on the warranty for the catalytic converter. It says “Venishi” vs Denisha… all of the other information is correct… unfortunately, I didn’t not this realize until I was ready to put it in the mailbox. Can someone please contact me to let me know if I should send it with a letter explaining the misspelling OR MUST I return to the shop for a new warranty card. Much appreciated

That is a good place to get ur car fix. They are very friendly I really like the company. I been dealing with meineke for years and wouldn't go to another meineke like that one. I'm very comfortable with they service. I been going to meineke since 1980 and never gave up going there. They price was very good and they service is very fast.

Tom was very easy to work with, a funny guy too. He saved me a good chunk of money when my catalytic converter went out. The job just took a little over an hour so I just went to the store, got a phone call, and voila! Picked up my car. An easy recommendation I was pretty satisfied with the shop.

I went to Meineke with my boyfriend to get an oil change on an 2008 Toyota rav4 and just that ! When they got done I paid then left , 3 days later all these lights on my dash popped up so I took it back cause that’s where I go for my oil changes so I didn’t think anything so they checked it and whispered to each other it’s the oil I missed up so we overheard that so when he came back out he said I needed a oil pump ! We were confused because I kept up with my car kept it maintained on time ! So he like we can’t fix that you would have to go to Toyota so I called Toyota and they want 1200 to fix something big that Meineke messed up ! So I been without a car for months abs it’s been hard getting my kids back n fourth to and from school costing me so much money when I have a car but since meineke messed up my car when I only was getting a oil change ! How I go from that to me needing an oil pump ! I am going to have an open case for that business because they need to be responsible for getting my car fixed !

I've been coming to this Meineke for over 15 yrs. They have the same mechanics there since I started going there. They are the best! I'm always referring people to them because they don't try to rip you off.
