They do great work. They are hit or miss with integrity. They’ll do a coolant flush then tell you after you need to replace the coolant bottle and do another flush… but they always take pictures and do a great job.

My car was involved in an accident. I brought it to Meinke to determine if it needed new shocks and struts. They drove the car and looked under it. The were kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. Building trust with customers! That’s the reason I will return to Mienke! Thank you!

Andy, Jen and Miguel are all the best at what they do. Every time my car goes in for service I could count on it coming out better than before. The price is right I am never overcharged for anything and the work is of top quality. I highly recommend Meineke for all of your automotive needs. I am greeted with a smile in the morning and greeted with a smile when I pick up in the afternoon or evening guys you are the best!

I had a very good experience from the time I walked into the place until I left. I had some questions that he went above and beyond to find the answers. I would highly recommend Meineke and will continue to take my car there for service.

I took my car in for a 70k checkup. They suggested the brakes would need service soon. I decided to have it done at the same time as the 70k service. While it is always difficult, to spend a lot of money on maintenance; they found me a few coupons to apply toward the total. I am always greeted well, and they keep me updated on the overall performance of my car. I have mentioned this in the past, they are an excellent neighborhood auto shop and yes, they do care about their customers.

I was very disappointed in the very very slow service. I do understand the person was new but the manager should have stepped in knowing I was in a rush to get the vehicle back to the dealership but no one seemed to care..I would not use this Meineke again.

Meineke Car Care Center #2128 at 2630 E Bell Rd repaired my vehicle very quickly and did a great job. They kept me informed of every thing that was going on with texts pictures and through out the process.

First time going there ever, went and got an oil change. Had an appointment at 3, showed up a little early and there were alright with everything. It took a little longer due to some other things that came up. But the waiting area is nice, the receptionist is very responsive with questions and willing to help you understand what's going on and why it should be fixed. She's is honest and even fun to talk to about non car related things. I would recommend going there. Great deals and amazing staff

This guy’s always got my back. Meaning I have a fleet van and I’m always busy all the time. They always work around my schedule and try to be fast. By the way the most important is customer service is excellent. I know I’ve work in hospitality for over 15 yrs and that’s one of my expertise. Keep up the good work guys.
