Response: you said you didn’t know how to do the job without the window installed first, I watched a 5 min. YouTube video and did the job myself using like 3 tools… all good now but thanks for the response 👍🏼 I called and explained my problem he said bring it in so I can have a look, I brought it in he didn’t really have a look just said oh no I can’t replace your window mechanics until you replace the window. Then why did you ask me to drive all the way over here when I told you on the phone there was no window? And then he said “well I could look at it but it’ll be $200 if you want me to remove the door panel… I went to a parking lot and removed the door panel in 2 minutes (it was 4 screws) and then I bought the part and replaced it for $80 when he was quoting hundreds just to look at it for me. Definitely one of the many scammer mechanics out there not caring about the client just trying to make as much money as possible.

Great experience with my AC repair here! The manager was professional and kept me updated with photos throughout the process. They matched a competitor's price on the compressor replacement and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. The repair was completed exactly when promised and my car is blowing ice-cold air again. Will definitely return for future car repairs!

I came in recently for an oil change. Corey was very helpful and showed me all the packages they had available for oil changes. Prices were very reasonable. I had let him know I did not have much time and he had me in and out within 30 minutes. Normally at a dealer I’m waiting 2 hours. Polite and quick service.

Always satisfied with the service at this location. They are also very reasonable on their charges. Needed a battery and was quoted $500.00 from another mechanic 25th st Automotive (ridiculous). Didn't pay that much at Meineke. I would return for anything else that I need fixed on my car.

I brought in my low mileage 3 year old car for an oil change and received a text from the guy behind the counter with a laundry list of 'must haves' which I found surprising as it listed repairs I wouldn't expect on a newish car. He seemed annoyed when I asked so.e questions. Not engaged at all. I took it to another repair shop that was recommended by a friend. Sure enough, of the list, only the fuel injection maintenance was needed, and new wipers. So instead of.close to $1000 it cost me $230. I find that bordering in dishonest and will never be back. I used to come here all the time when Dave was there and felt confident that what he recommended was actually true. Very disappointing.

I had never had issues at this shop before but the last time I went in for an oil change they told me that there was no oil left in my car and there was a crack somewhere and they couldn’t help me. After taking my vehicle to a competitor they were very confused by this as there was still 2 L of oil in the car and no crack. This ruined my week and had me thinking I was going to be $1000 in the hole or worse and there was actually nothing wrong.

I have always loved coming to this Meineke because they treat me with respect. They’re honest quick and hands-down just nice folks to work with. I haven’t been in a few years since I bought a new car and had some free oil changes from the dealership, but even with that time away, it’s clear that they’ve only gotten better

Meineke had my transmission rebuilt in one of my vehicles. They took care of this in less than a week and got my vehicle back on the road which was incredibly important as this is a fleet vehicle, We lose money everyday it’s not on the road. The price was great. And I dealt directly with Andy who is the director of their fleet services. This is a great company to work with and I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for my future needs. Thanks again Meineke!

Super impressed! I took a new to me work vehicle that had to be pre-approved before they could start working on it, in for an 8:30 am appointment. They were on top of it! They kept me up to date on the progress, were courteous, and got me out in time to make it to my 9:30 client appointment! They will be my go to place, from now on!

I am a regular customer : On 8/28/24 I had been seeing Cory for the same problem with my car, I ended up having it towed to the shop. It was coming up on Labor Day weekend & Cory was still trying to figure out where the leak was coming from car at. Turns out there was a hole in the heater hose that runs inside my car. Cory was determined to find out the problem & once he did , he got it fixed. Although it took some time, I finally got my baby back in running good condition . 🙂 Thank you to Cory & Crew Professional as always ! My husband and I Alvin have been having our cars serviced at this service center for quite some time. We are very pleased with the services we have received. They are very trustworthy people and that is a rarity nowadays. They’re very thorough and professional. Cory has been nothing but a blessing, eager to help resolve issues pertaining to our vehicle’s. Needed a under vehicle inspection. Received a complementary digital inspection complete with photos taken from the vehicle on a hoist. Great service, staff and overall visit. I will use Meineke to anyone who needs auto service.

What an awful experience. I came in because my AC wasn’t working, I had called prior and the guy told me to come in and they weren’t busy. I come in he prices out a ridiculous price for me and then goes, I can get you in Monday at the earliest. I get it maybe the issue is different or something. He also tells me I will add 50 dollars off. I make my appointment for Monday morning and as soon as I get there, they have me down for the wrong service, and I’m told for the right service I would have to wait for someone coming in from out of town and they weren’t sure when he would be in…. The lady at the counter then proceeds to tell me that my 50 dollars off only applies the wrong service they had me down for. There are too many auto shops with nicer people who are organized to deal with such a sad and disfunctional one like this. JiffyLube gives better service.
