I truly appreciate Patrick and Carlos. They are always very nice and try their hardest to help me with my problems. This particular day I had went to 3 different places to get a oil change and not one of them could help me. On the way home I saw meineke so I stopped to see if they could help me. Not only did I get a oil change but the customer service was great

I had several things that needed to be checked and repaired. They let me know as progress moved along and I would decide what items to be repaired next. The service was very good and I have used their services often. ( 1 to 10) = 10.

I have been going to Meineke for years, but this is my first time at this location. I am used to receiving great service from the location on Six Forks. I went in for an alignment and oil change. I also expressed that my car had been shaking a bit when going over a certain speed, but I wasn’t sure if it was necessary an alignment issue. They took my car back and began their work. I waited for about 2 hours. After completion, someone came and asked me if I wanted my cabin air filter changed. I asked how much and he said it would be $30. I said okay. Then at the end, I was asked to come to the register and he charged me $228. He did not go over the details of the service, nor did he show me a line item invoice prior to charging me. This is atypical and not what I’ve experienced at the other Meineke location. Also, as part of their “courtesy inspection” they are supposed to detail their findings to you, which did not happen. As part of their oil change package, it says it comes with a “courtesy inspection” but only after paying did I see that they charged me separately for the courtesy inspection that was already listed as part of the oil change service. That seems very much like a scam to me because it said it was already part of the package I was paying for. They also charged me closer to $40 for the cabin filter, rather than $30 (and these are pretax prices). They did not ask me what kind of oil I wanted, they just went ahead and put in synthetic blend, but I prefer full synthetic. Anyway, I feel like they did not offer good customer service or any types of explanation of what they found or didn’t find, or anything to ensure my car was actually getting the proper service. After paying, someone went to test drive my car. He was the only one who was very nice and friendly. I was given my keys and left feeling dissatisfied. Not only that, but my shaking issue was not fixed as it clearly is not an alignment issue and I wish they would have let me know that so I could have had the appropriate service done. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. I’m not sure if this treatment is typical from them or if it’s because I’m a woman and they assumed I don’t know basic things, but either way - not happy.

Meineke mechanic shop off of South Saunders is awesome! Very informative, affordable & also dependable. The employees are nice. Waiting area & bathroom very clean . This will be my mechanic shop from now on.Thanks 👍🏽

Great customer service experience. The appointment was made easily through the system. We needed to change the day, and they were friendly and easy to work upon the request! I got a great price on my oil change today. They automatically gave me a $20 discount when I only had a $15 dollar coupon. AMAZING! They were only a couple minutes behind on my appointment and they apoligized for the delay. Parking was a little scarce but not a big deal. Oil changes are already a "pain in the butt" but I think for what it was, my experience was great! On the way out I got a free drink (choice between a couple of sodas and water).
