The last time I visited Meneike, I was not happy with their service. I had them put in a catalytic converter in January 2023. April 2024 I had to take my car back to them twice to repair the converter and had to go back a third time. They informed me that it wasn't the converter, but it the engine and that I should take it to the Dealership. I did that and it wasn't the engine. Meineke put in a converter that was not compatible to my car. Meineke would not fix it unless they charged me and that I will need a new engine. I will never take my car to them again.

I had a serious time constraint to having my car inspected. I explained my predicament and I was accommodated immediately. My daughters car brakes were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I hesitate not with this great location and the staff. Steve Rob accepted my car on short notice for State inspection. Completed in an extremely timely manner. The boys are polite, efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Tegards

Rob and Mike are the best! The rest of the crew are also the best, I just don't know their names. They are always courteous, they know what they're talking about. I always know I'm getting straight answers from them, great service, and great prices.

Visited to get a free brake inspection a few weeks ago. Got all the choices, clear options and pricing, and both front end staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Returned yesterday to get rear brakes done in my vehicle, and was again - very impressed with service. I think I'm going to make this the go to shop to do inspection, oil changes, brakes, etc.

Easily one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. Car was overheating and thought it would cost a fortune, but the technicians went through everything and found the small problem that was causing it. Saved me tons of money and they were really knowledgeable and nice about all the questions and everything. 10 stars if I could!

I found the business to be very professional, thorough, and well run. There was no pressure on upsell, even though I had asked them to check a few things We have used Meineke elsewhere in the state and needed someone in the Raleigh area. There were several other clients in the waiting room. Everyone was comfortable and served on a timely manner. PS:Finding the actual location was a bit tricky. My GPS had me turning in behind McDonald’s it’s across the street.

I have never experienced a problem with Meineke on Millbrook Road.. Rob and the mechanics are careful with your car, and their work is excellent. For the past few years i had a mechanic I used regularly, and I needed front brakes replaced. When I went to this shop I found out he had retired, and so i used the shop that took over his name and business. My car was making strange noises after I left the shop, and i took it to Meineke on Millbrook. I was somewhat upset at the time, and although Rob was fairly busy attending to cars in the lot he took the time to drive test my car Yesterday they did an oil change and expertly duct taped a side panel for me that was loose. I give this company a high rating.

Rob at the front desk in the Raleigh Meineke on Millbrook is always friendly and helpful! He explains what services my car needs and gives me the prices for those services which are always the best prices, before they do any work on it! I have used Meineke for over 20 years for all of my vehicles beginning in the Chicagoland area! My daughters and I still use them in the Raleigh area now that they have vehicles of their own! I highly recommend this Meineke and will come to them for all of my vehicle needs!! This past Saturday, 11/25/2023I brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection, once again the service was top tier from the young men at the front desk! Even though I have an issue to fix before my car passes inspection, they explained what needed to be done and the cost. I appreciate their help/service and will continue to come to them for my vehicle needs!!
