Was a walk in, and was able to get an oil change and state inspection. I was greeted accordingly, the wait was not long at all. I will definitely return should I have any car issues in the future.

This is one of the most nicest place to go and get your car fixed front desk management is outstanding very polite and courteous never had a bad experience at Meineke and will always take my car to Meineke thank you for your service oh and also the crew that works on a cars or just super Dynamite kudos to them

I’ve lived in many different towns and been to many mechanics. I’m always glad when I live near a Meineke location, and this location seems like a winner. Facility looks nice, the staff are friendly & straight forward, and I know a professional/warrantied job is getting done for the right price.

I am new to this area and l had a great experience in taking my car to Meineke. The problem with the car turned out to be one that no one else could find. My car battery kept getting drained. The battery was new and the alternator was showing that it was getting the charge. It turned out to be the trunk door latch messed up the electrical system. They found and fixed the problem. When you need car repair l Highly recommend Meinke on Route 1 Brooke Rd. Glen Allen VA.

I’ve been going to this location for about three times since I had a rejection sticker from a former car shop that I used to go to. I can say from my experience these guys, and the owner have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Often times some car shops like to overprice, especially being a woman or sometimes say that something is wrong with my car went into fact nothing is wrong at all. They just want more money, but I can genuinely say that these people have never steered me wrong. I thought that I had an issue with my wheel alignment, but come to find out I just needed more air in my tire. The owner didn’t charge me. He also didn’t double charge me for a rejection sticker i received from the other guys I USED to go to. The last time I dropped my car off he gave me really good advice and told me exactly what I needed and gave me a reasonable price and coupon! I went to go get my tuneup from him and compared to the other guys I usually used to go to it was about $300 less than what they quoted. This place is extremely cost-effective friendly service, and very professional. I highly recommend going here if you are tired of other car shops milking more money out of you!

They gave me hell... sat there for 6 hrs to get a diagnostics test and get part on, left thinking it was fixed and check engine light came on, took it to a shop and they told me what it needed. Brought it back to meinike on parham bc my warrenty is through them.. they didn't fix it but had my car for 4 additional hours. When I took it back due to over heating they finally said it needs this. I SAID that's what I told you the other auto place said and yall claimed you fixed it. Called the warrenty place and they said bc you reached the miles limit it's not covered , the lady specifically said if they put it through the 2nd time you went there we would have covered it. Something as simple as an coil they couldn't fix it. They rush to do your car bc they schedule so many appointments.. now they are nice but the service is horrible.. I would not recommend going to this place. It's so much more that I'm not saying but it is just too much to type. All in all avoid this place. With my 75000 followers I'm certainly putting them on social media also.. It's an inconvenience to wasted a customer time and cause the stress they have caused me. Missed 3 days of work. I can't be compensated for that, or what I have to pay for the service and the part, had they did what they were supposed to do and actually did their job the first time it would have been covered. I'm big on serive and this is the worst place by far.. Don't let the good customer service fool you the work is not as good .

This time I felt I wasn't listened to. The problem continues after I brought up a concern. Ended up having it confirmed 2 days later with visual proof from a different mechanic. What we mentioned he (second opinion) confirmed as being the problem.

Customer service was A1. Needed to have my car inspected and while I was a little late getting there (inspections are first come, first serve), they were still able to take my car and complete it before 1pm. Happy about that 😁

I've been doing business with this Meineke location for years. They are competitive on price, and they don't shy away from tough repairs like some smaller outfits do. They are even open on the weekend. I have had them do everything from a state inspection to a complicated head gasket repair on a 20+ year old import, and they approached all these tasks with a professional, customer-first mindset. If you want a cheap mechanic, look elsewhere, but if you want good work done right for a fair price, look no further.
