For an inspection and it only took me 30 minutes I was pleased with the service. I will continue to go back to Meineke.

It took them from 11:30 to 2:45 to change my oil that didn't make sense to me but he did knock some off the price

I just needed a front end alignment however I got a list of things wrong with the car that’s 3300 something like that lol but that’s no problem but they showed no since of care and then i asked to take a picture of my total in case I was to bring it back and let them fix and Tom told me no it’s in my text messages but it’s not lol it’s just everything that’s wrong. Females go with a man please never by yourself.

Best serviced I have received in a very long time been struggling trying to find a place that allows you to schedule an inspection and they was fast and reliable and helped educate me on my car they also take pictures and update u and let u know everything wrong with ur car plus a digital inspection i would highly recommended and I don’t think I would ever take my car anywhere else but here they have gained a very happy loyal customer thank yall so much again ❤️

Had car inspected at location on Williamsburg Rd. Great service, thoroughly checked my vehicle and advised what needed to be taken care of now and in the next year. No hard sales pitch but informative. Taking my car there from now on and highly recommend them.

The gentleman helping me was friendly and knowledgeable but the staff communication was a little poor, hopefully a one off mistake. Had something done but when I drove off, it wasn't quite completed, took back and it was fixed asap, so it's all good.

Bobby at this location has been awesome. Although the situation with my car didn’t turn out the way that I’d hoped, he was patient and extremely kind. Helped diagnose the problem, and then helped figure out a way to get us home to SC. Definitely bring your car here!

I came in today to get an oil change. It looked so nice inside, with nice seats and great customer service. I would recommend to bring your car here! They definitely have it looking comfy for the customers while waiting on our vehicles! 🚗

Love that they give you a full car review with pictures! They communicated promptly and let me know what service was urgently needed and for the future. Quick service even when I opted to leave my car and not wait. Bobby was super helpful and walked me through my car review and final service invoice. Will be back!

The guys at Meineke took really good care of my vehicle. They provided a diagnosis and have me time to get the funds and return for service. A tune up and state inspection…now she’s running like new again! Joe, Cory and the team are great to work with. Thanks Meineke for the service.
