Giving some one even a slight chance to get their final paycheck would be a lot better than responding to their review I think....... It's crazy almost a month still no paycheck. Talk about rotten people. If I ever get my final check I may remove this but until then not happening. I'd say respectfully don't work here. I wonder if Meineke knows how employees and customers get treated here.

Phenomenal performance and service by the team. They’ve never let me down and are punctual providing accurate information and work. This branch is one of a kind and the new ownership exhibits how a professional auto shop is ran to sustain great relationships with clientele and new customers alike. Today I was at Wal-Mart when I got out a saw one of my tire very low on air. So I went to the meineke. And I ask the person if they patch tires and he said yes. He needed to look at my tire. And he said it gonna cost you $135 dollars to patch your tire about the same price of a new tire. I told him I he could sell me some air and he refused. He told me to go to Walmart and buy some. Very derespecful buy since my tire still had air I went to a tire store at San ysidro and 805 next to a 76 gas station. They charge me only $25 dollars. Big difference and customer service 10 of 10. To bad the treat seniors like that DON'T LIE. I WAS AT YOUR BUSSINESS. DONT SAY THAT I WAS AT WALMART. IM TALKING ABOUT YOU BUSSINESS MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER

Went for estimate on brakes. They did complete review of vehicle and found several other issues that should be taken care of (charged $92 for this, would be deducted from bill if work authorized). Was very happy with their extensive review. Had to do my "do diligence " and went to another shop for same estimate and review. They also found the same issues. Unfortunately the second shop was $800 less for all the work to be done. I think you know what I did. Overall the Menieke guys were very nice and professional they did a great detailed job on the review of issues and were pretty fast. Would use them in future for minor work.

My truck had intermittent electrical issues other shops were not able to fix. I also had water leaking inside the cab others weren’t able to fix either. These guys were able to identify and fix both problems quickly.

Not very communicative and informative. I gain more information regarding services from the website than in person even after I was asked if it was my first time there. Overall I got my oil changed with no issue but was not impresses with the friendliness and service.

Amazing same day service. Staff was friendly and keep the front deck aware of any repair issues are concerns. Very Convenient trustworthy and reasonably priced. Highly recommended they also have Hero discounts.

The staff was respectful and attentive. They finished the work in exactly the amount of time they estimated. They helped work through an issue with payment for a fleet vehicle and were very accommodating throughout the interaction.

Worst service i have ever encountered! Took my car on a tow truck with a flat they REFUSED to fix, claiming first that my tire had sustained “too much” damage and wasn’t repairable. Then when i told them the tire had not been rolled after the flat, he proceeded to tell me they only worked on “certain” flats and only worked with “certain” materials. All in trying to sell me an overpriced new “set” of tires, cause oh! They only sell pairs (which i understand) but only that part! But the catch?! 2 tires for $1,365.73??! Lol! No chump here! Took my car to Pep Boys, flat fixed for $20!! Still running on the same tire!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!! You’ve been warned. Took my Ram in for a simple oil change and I had to get my insurance company involved to have it fixed properly. Got the oil change and my gut feeling told me to check everything over. They shorted me on oil and they made a bad repair job on the oil plug. They blamed me and refused to fix it. Save yourself the headache and either do it yourself and stay way from places like this. This is the right business receipts DONT LIE. Should be shut down.

The professionals at Meineke auto answered their phone promptly and I was able to bring my Equinox in within the hour of the call. Although they performed a. Diagnostic, I also described what was an exhaust system defect. There was no charge for the diagnostic and they were able to receive the replacement exhaust manifold that same day. I saw pictures of their inspection and later verified the enormous crack almost separating the manifold in two. I am pleased with the repair and experience. I didn’t shop around so I don’t know how the cost compares to other shops. I was most pleased with same day service!

I came in for a diagnostic for my vehicle because my vehicle had a check engine light on blinking. When I arrived they quick scanned my vehicle and then they performed a diagnostic because the code was for a random misfire. They had told me that cylinders 2 and 6 where having issues and when they checked the spark plugs, they took pictures and showed me that they were burnt. Customer service was awesome and friendly. Mechanics are trustful. Jesus,Linsey, Bryan, and Martin thank you guys for helping me with my vehicle.
