Really fantastic service. The team here helped me trouble shoot a ton of problems with previous repairs on an old European car. I would absolutely recommend Meinecke Sheboygan to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Over $800 for rear brakes one rotor and caliper and they wanted to sell me two rotors for the other one only had about 7,000 miles on it I asked about replacing a ball joint and the tie rod end they say they only replace them in pairs so they're selling me stuff I don't need again I talked to Neighbors places a bad review anywhere else you just can't walk into and get service there you could no waiting list no appointment necessary not for me you'll never see me there again

Meineke always provides the best service for my car. The inspections are thorough, and I feel confident that my car is well taken care of. They are very professional, affordable and knowledgeable, which is key. Always outstanding customer service and never a long wait. The customer waiting area is clean, inviting and comfortable. Todd, the Manager is amazing! I highly recommend Meineke.

Check engine light was on. I bought a FIXD diagnostic tool . It gave me a code= faulty coolant valve. They had to do their diagnostics, same code BUT The technician researched further and found that while I was over the 60K mileage it wouldn’t be covered on normal warranty but because it was a hybrid the fed warranties it to 80K and to take it to the dealership even though Meineke would lose the business! !

I normally do not use chain auto care centers but my normal mechanic has been closed and booked. So i thought I would give Meineke a try. I was worried repairs would be sky high but they were reasonable. I walked through the door and was immediately greeted by Xavier. He was very personable and professional. They got my car in right away and started inspection. Alex was the mechanic doing inspection and caught items fast that needed repair first. And his work was thorough. And i did not wait long and i could see him from waiting room window. I did not get the name of the service manager but he was awesome. He explained everything and worked with me and also gave me estimates on other things i need done for my vehicle..Their service manager needs to be acknowledged because this man gives outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond. The service there is really good and has made me change my mind on chain businesses like Meineke. I will return there for more car maintenance..Maybe in the future they will have more service special and coupons. A lot of times a woman walks into a place your never sure if a business will try to tell you that you need all kinds of things done..I came prepared and did my home work before going..But the employees there did not do that. Give them a try!!

Would have given more stars but ,couldn't because of they started a fleet inspection before putting a patch in tire or asking for the wheel lock. Other than that they where quick to and finished with excellent Results.

Great service and friendly staff! They removed a plastic cover that was broken and dragging underneath my car very fast and without charging me anything! Will definitely be back!

Wife went there yesterday for an oil change. She was very pleased with the service and said everyone there is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Recommended services were thoroughly explained and never pushed on her. We will definitely be back.
