Had multiple services performed. The rear wheel bearings, brakes, and drive belt. All completed in one day for reasonable prices. Customer service was great! Will be back.

The Meineke team got us back on the road when my daughter’s car stopped running on the way to College! They worked closely with our Mechanic at home, and worked us into their jam packed schedule same day. It was an involved repair, but they had us back on the road the next day!

I took my old Jeep in for front breaks I knew they were bad. Of course I got a call giving me really bad news about the front and back break’s which I didn’t know were bad. I had asked for a quote on a new muffler as well. They gave me a quote for replacing all and the price was very fair. But I don’t have that much right now. Asked them if they would only do the front breaks to my surprise they said sure!!! Great service guys. Thank you so much. It nice to find places that will work with older people who can’t afford a lot.

Went in for brake inspection, they didn't even remove the tires. Than they gave me out outrageous prices to fix my brakes.

I will never do business with Meineke again. As far as the technician who installed that alternator and the belt and the new battery, he did an excellent job my problem is not with him. The manager lied to me, telling me that no one has new alternators with a lifetime guarantee anywhere. And I had to settle for a rebuild alternator, and my lifetime warranty was no longer available, then I called AutoZone and they told me they had them sitting on the shelf, new alternator with a lifetime warranty, and shockingly it was $217 which is 7 years after the fact that I paid $308 for. Secondly he charged me $ $86.37 for a belt that I checked at the Ford dealership sells for 37 and at AutoZone sells for $32. He was going to charge me $75.60 for the extra time it would take to install that alternator belt. But on the original invoice I pointed out that they put a new alternator, and the belt in 1 hours time. He did however remove that charge. I had the feeling he was trying to pad the bill as much as he could. Then he charged me $67.50 to install the battery which two days earlier was tested at being perfect at 12.3 volts nothing wrong with, but all of a sudden the battery is shot and has to be replaced! Just a note here, when you buy a battery from them they install it for nothing. What it looks like is that the manager was trying to throw in charges, so that I would end up actually paying for that rebuilt alternator that he put in.

NEVER take your vehicle to this shop. They are twice the price and half the customer service as other local shops. They won't tell you this but they will charge you an outrageous "diagnostics" fee which just for them looking at the car before doing anything. Its more than twice that of local standard. After getting a price back I immediately asked Tires Tires Tires what they would charge for the same work and it was less than half. 1200 vs 600 bucks. So naturally I said "no thank you" to Meineke and they charged me 180 bucks for taking a look at the car for 15 minutes.

Seeing a lot of people saying they wish they could give 0 stars for this shop and wish I could too. The staff — INCLUDING the manager were incredibly rude when confronted for charging me for a diagnostic test I NEVER asked for and I got nothing fixed because they quoted me $4.6K to fix repairs I didn’t ask about and only wanted one thing fixed. They are literally trying to rob you. Do not go to this location. My partner has gone to the 12th street location and never had to pay for them to check an issue on his car or charged an unasked for diagnostic. I can’t speak to the service of that location but so ridiculous and I felt incredibly disrespected and like an easy target for them trying to rob.

The guys got me in right away with my oil change and took time to change out a reverse lamp, about 45 min. start to finish.
