Stay away from these crooks. They will tell you, you need to replace parts that are perfectly fine just to get your money. My sister in law took her car here to have the brake pads changed. I have worked on cars all my life including several shops around town so I looked at her car the night before and saw all she needed was brake pads. I didn’t have time to do it myself as we were taking a trip out of town the next day. The guy there tried to rip her off and told her they needed to replace the rotors because there was rust on the outside edge! There was absolutely nothing wrong with her rotors! Every rotor on every car on the road has rust on the outside edge. They saw 2 girls who didn’t know anything about cars and decided to take advantage of them by telling them they needed parts replaced that were perfectly fine. Do not take your car to these rip off artists.

Update: just like last review... friendly staff, attentive, considerate, takes time to fully examine issue information you of issues and options, transparency in billing and communicative. No issues afterwards plus still encourages to reach out ASAP if something still feels off to make sure your safe and car in working order. It's our new to go to repair shop with flexibility in availability. That's a plus great crew as well.

This is my initial review concerning the service I had done on my 2010 Honda Civic EX-L Sedan. Had new brake pads and rotors done to the front end, and had the rear shocks replaced. So far, my vehicle seems to be running great. Time will tell if any issues arise. Update 1/29/25: I have revised my review down to one star. Upon getting my car back from Meineke and taking it home and parking it overnight in my garage, I noticed a leak has started. My car had no leaks whatsoever prior to taking it in for service. I decided to wait a few days to see if the leak would stop on its own, it did not. So, I took it back to Meineke and explained the situation and exactly where the leak was coming from. After dropping it off at 7am, within 30 minutes I received a repair estimate, a very high repair estimate. I knew this could not be right, called Meineke to get a further explanation, told them again where exactly the leak was coming from. They decided to take another look at the vehicle, this time looking exactly where I told them where the leak was coming from. After having the car an additional 7 hours, and after running other tests, the leak somehow went away. They sent me a repair estimate for over $1K, for repairs that were not even related to this leak issue. In my opinion, this shop cannot be trusted for an honest repair. I would recommend looking elsewhere for an auto repair shop.

Jason and Greg not only take care of my business... they also take care of my personal vehicles for the last 5 years. Ms Amber greets me by name. Pretty important to an older man sucha as myself Unless the is a line of vehicles coming out of the shop, Jason ensures I get my vehicles taken care of pretty quick. If not, he will call and let me know what is going on and ensure that if I need a vehicle, he makes it happen. Mr Greg will take the time out of his day to come out and greet me. Asks about my son and family. Just a few reasons I like and tryst the people at this shop. I am more than just a number.

Jason was very helpful and informative to make a stressful experience a little easier from when i first called to the tow (thank you Jacob also from the towing company) to picking up my vehicle when it was finished. It didn't take long for the tow to come and the work that had to be done was finished within 24hrs so i culd get home. I'm very pleased with this location on W 12th in sioux falls and I would definitely recommend!!! THANK YOU!!

Nice improvement in the inspection process in giving vivid details on what needs to be fix and will give estimates on the needed fixes that will need to be done soon. For the price it is recommended for anyone to at least get your car checked
