Raj(?) was great who work with, he worked with me on what I needed and the price. They installed rear brakes and rear shocks at a fair price, very professional and polite. I will use them again when I need automotive service.

The best repair shop I have ever taken my car to. Luke was such a great help and I am extremely happy with their service. They have proven that I can trust them with my car and I will definitely be taking my car back to this location for any other maintenance.

I had an appointment took my car in at the time of the appointment. I was Checked in by Tom . Tom Was very polite He wrote up my ticket, called the service technician up, took the car To the service area and I left approximately an hour and a half later, Tom called me and said my car was ready to go. I was paying the bill and my car pulled up in front so I was not at all paying my bill and departing the store. I would been in your future, if anything that I might need Thank you for being so kind and curious and prompt

Very helpful and polite. Took my car back for an part that seemed like it needed to be adjusted. That would have been the 2nd time but found out it was not the same part. Mieneke took the time to figure out the problem. Also they completed two other services I requested. I am satisfied.

Despite having a pretty rare vehicle nowadays, they were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and sourced all the parts needed to get my job done, even up to getting a piece fabricated! It works great, good communication, and even cost less than I was expecting. I'm glad I was advised to go here, and I am definitely going back for my future needs.

Great place and very professional people, Love it going here last minute checked in here for an oil change and they got me out within an hour Also got multiple phone charger cable with a big bank of charging phone Last but not least they got a Keurig coffee machine with a very nice and a super clean waiting room

The mechanic explained and demonstrated the problem with the radiator connection to the hose. There was no huge pressure to have other maintenance work done.

Bought tires 11/2023. Valve stem began to leak air in 2024. Took car back and want to charge $30 to repair poor workmanship. Have never had a valve stem leak...ever. it was poor workmanship and they wouldn't even look at it.

Had a really awesome experience at the Oakville location! I cannot remember the names of who assisted me, but the manager was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns/ needs. He even handed me the remote to change the station on the tv while my son and I waited in the waiting area. The phone was continuously ringing- I could tell they were busy, but they were very accommodating, and I would recommend t services at this location!

Had an appointment at 10 for simple maintenance (oil change and emissions check). Person behind the desk was rude during check in (he originally hung up on me the week before when I set the appointment). I called at 2 and was told it was being worked on right then. Went to pick it up at 4 and the car hadn't been moved from where I parked it. I took my car back and went elsewhere.

Horrible experience to say the least. I will never go back. Even if I have a problem with the work that was done that came with a warranty. I will go elsewhere. I have no words to express how disappointed I am with Meineke.

I honestly can't believe how quick they were in replacing the entire A/C system on an F-350! Excellent service and gotta hand it to them, hands down the best around. Highly recommend.
