Carson provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. She made me feel like a valued friend or even family member the entire time I was there. She took the time to go over everything in detail and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my service. Compared to other places I’ve been, like Jiffy Lube and Take 5, the difference was night and day. The environment at 11th Street Meineke feels welcoming and comfortable—almost like you never left home. I truly appreciated the outstanding service, and because of Carson, I will continue to bring my business here. Highly recommend!

I had a noise in front right suspension and paid $300 to replace tie rod end. Still had the noise. Went back and now they say I need $1300 strut replacement. No thanks. Buyer beware.

Took my VW in for serviced. LOVED that the office staff were female and able to communicate automotive issues in a way that I understood. Carson was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. This will be my maintenance shop from now on. LGBTQ+ friendly as well!

I am very happy that my friend and I decided to call Meineke to inquire about oil change times availability Christine was very professional from the moment we call to the time we got the keys back from them after the oil change was done. I have been at this location before and the service provided has always been outstanding. I will recommend this Meineke to anyone, I have seen how professional and polite everyone is at this Meineke. This facility is @ 11th st and S. Yale Tulsa Oklahoma. Excelente servicio con muy buena atención al cliente. Lo recomiendo con confianza.

I am so glad I paid double what I pay usually. What I like about this company is they take pics of every part of your car and then tell you about each part. Christina was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I did purchase through Groupon for $60 then when I got there they did add "extra" fees and discuss it. It was $18. Total I paid $80. It only took an hour. If I didn't come here I would never know I have an oil leak and a bad battery. I will be back just to see Christina, she is an ASSET to this company and needs a raise! Otherwise, I usually go to Walmart and pay $30-$40 max. The drive here was well worth it. I like how they have coffee there! That helps tremendously while waiting. Keep up the good work and big shout out to Christina the queen! -Rosy-

Really solid on everything. Love the text message alerts. Had to change to 1 star based on my latest experience. They fixed my suspension. That's fine. Asked them to make sure all the maintenance stuff was done. Those things were not done. They put a sticker on my windshield and charged me for an oil change. Which was the only thing they said was needed. The oil was not changed. Needed a coolant flush, a new oil filter, they overtightened the spark plugs. My car has 300,000 miles on it and i said that I needed this car to remain in tip top shape. A month or so after it was in this shop and I'm being told it's exactly that, my acceleration dies out on the road and I have to have it towed to same day auto where they tell me all the maintenance stuff was ignored and the oil wasn't changed. I'd like to be refunded the $70 they charged me for an oil change that never happened, but I'd rather just not deal with this place again. I was outright scammed. If you tell someone it's ready to go and it isn't bc you didn't put the work in to even check, don't lie to people. That is a poor business practice.
