The front staff is really friendly and knowledgeable which is a rarity. Normally the front staff doesn't actually know much about the services provided and can even be rude in many car service establishments.

I took my van in for an oil change on Monday around 11am. The shop seemed like it was not busy at all, (no other customers/vehicles) but it took 15-20 minutes for them to pull in my vehicle and start working on it. The oil change was done pretty quickly after that however and they did a very good job documenting the condition of the van and then reviewing it with me to make sure I understood the van's condition and their recommendations for further service. I appreciate their thoroughness and honesty; they were not the typical high pressure salesmen that you meet at most repair shops. My only concern with the whole service is the invoice they sent me. The invoice shows that I still owe them $65 however I submitted a Groupon to them on my arrival which should have paid completely for the oil change (except for the fine print--it only covered 5qts of oil and a "standard" filter, so I had to pay ~$25 extra for 1 additional qt of oil and a specialized oil filter, which I paid). I called the shop immediately upon viewing the invoice and they advised that "...was the amount Groupon owed them..." not an amount due from me, although the invoice clearly shows I should pay it. Hopefully, they will collect their fee from Groupon and the invoice will be updated to show no balance owed by me, but only time will tell.

I have a 2006 BMW 325i Sports Sedan that has a gasoline smell occasionally around the outside driver's side back tire. Would you be able to locate where the gas smell is coming from, and fix the problem?
