I don’t know what to say about my experience after I had my oil change 2wks later there were no antifreeze in d radiator how I knew was the car got hot and made it home n I ck the coolant that’s when I seen there were no coolant in the container. And there were no washer fluid in d container either. Had a leak in d radiator and why didn’t your mechanic catch that.

They help u save money and fix the issue right away the first time around. They’re definitely honest at this location and above and beyond with expectations. I’ve been to a lot of car repair shops in Tulsa and this one is officially home. I’ve never wanted anyone else to service my vehicle after going here.

Don’t let them leave your vehicle out in the lot at this location. They assume zero liability and my son’s truck was broken into. Someone punched the key lock to the handle in. It cost us $1,300.00 to have it fixed and they would not even help with it at all. Terrible customer service and we’ve had several repairs done here for several thousand dollars on more than one vehicle. We won’t be back!

I visited Mieneke Saturday at 111th & Memorial, Tulsa. I worked with James to get my Jeep radiator replaced. James was professional, courteous and kind. The shop did my repair in a timely manner. I will definitely go there when other issues come up with my Grand Cherokee.

James took care of my 2012 Infiniti FX35. He was quick, straight to the point, no wait no bullshit. Hard to find honest techs these days, you can find one here. I would recommend these guys to friends and family any day.

Sticker Shock!! Got an oil change and tire rotation today with synthetic oil… including shop supplies and environmental disposal fee the total was $92.05 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter. The same oil change, but with synthetic blend, was $37.42 in May 2024.

I've visited Meineke several times for various car maintenance needs, and I’ve always had a great experience. Recently, I went in for a radiator problem, and the staff was incredibly pleasant and professional. They had a few hiccups and they overcame those challenges In a professional way. Their expertise made it easy to address the issues without any pressure. The service was top-notch, and the pricing was reasonable. Service was good price was right . The time was a little longer than quoted, I would have liked to been told but I had to ask. But I went back in after I got my car because my dashboard still read that I needed service. I ask the gentleman at the desk if it would reset and he said yes. It did not. Going to have to go back over there.

Would likely be more of a 3.5. Still really like the place. Have gone since they opened. Had an appointment scheduled for an oil change. Didn't seem to act like they were expecting me and ask if I had an online appointment. Took over an hour for an oil change with no tire rotation. Assume this was a one time bump, as there were lots of new faces. Will use again and hope that's the case.

The prices are affordable, and the mechanic Rudy is the best mechanic I’ve ever been to, I will always go to this place as long as Rudy is working there. The owner Jeff is really nice and helpful as well. I would recommend Meineke to everyone

Took both our Subarus in for oil change and routine maintenance. Manager James was very efficient and professional. Unlike SOME dealerships that routinely try to upsell services and parts your vehicle doesn’t need, the team at Meineke only changes or suggests what needs to be done. We love this location. Kudos to James and his team..
