Very straightforward, and easy process. I was able to also see my car being worked on which made transparency a bonus for this review. I was able to take advantage of the $20.00 coupon discount for my oil change and I was also surprised how I was updated in my car throughout the process and they also have more coupons on their website for even bigger repairs. I'm also planning on coming for preventative maintenance to have my brakes and alternator replaced in my Ford Fiesta because it's getting up there in mile. My only question is if I can provide the type of parts for my brakes and alternator or if Mieneke let's their customers have a say in which parts can be used on the car? Is it only OEM stock parts or can other parts be used per the customers request? Otherwise I fully trust Mieneke with my car repairs going forward in the future. Appreciate the professional customer service at the front office as well.

I came in for a tire repair went to work I drive everywhere for my job come to find out the guy in the shop only put two lug nuts on driving 65 70 mph down highways something wrong here went back there he can't even find my lug nuts to the car he had to put whatever he had on there said they're going to order them for me since this is factoring I bought my car brand new very disappointed in Meinekem

I stopped by during a road trip from Canada when my car started making strange noises, and the air conditioning had stopped working. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. They even let me wait inside with my dog. The prices were great too. I highly recommend them.

Jack and his crew are the absolute best!! They took the best care of my car and my boyfriends car. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, not to mention their prices are a lot cheaper than most places in Wichita. Definitely recommend going to this location!!

Went in for an appointment and told them to specifically look at the transmission, as it was acting up. They said everything looks great (transmission wise). However, this, this, and that needs done. $1k later and I was on my way. Few weeks later and the transmission is toast. Would have never spent $1k if I knew the transmission was in poor shape, as I would have just scrapped the damn car.

I needed an oil change for my car and they got me in at the last minute and it was $40 cheaper than what I was told it would be at Honda I will be going back in the future and the gentleman that helped me was so very professional he didn't try to scam me and he didn't try to tell me that it was other things I was going on with my car I recommend this location on Central and Washington in Wichita Kansas I was in and out within 30 minutes

Just needed my a/c R134 renewed. Worked me into the list as a walk-in and I was back on my way in less than an hour. Even though they were extremely busy, he was pleasant and professional when I overheard him on calls (extremely patient with one caller in particular) and an in person estimate review with another customer. He was friendly and conveyed trust

Got a power steering flush and one day later now my car dies, especially in park or stopped at light or turn the wheel at slow speeds. Tries to die even on highway. Anytime not pressing gas pedal slowly goes caput. Even 2 years ago or so I came in for service and got it back with a weird noise that wasn't their before, so idk if I trust coming back to do more work.
