I cannot thank Shane and his crew enough for the great work they have done on my Explorer. This is the first auto repair shop where I feel like I am not being sold on anything. As a matter of fact, I always feel like I am being given the best deal they are able to provide. That is huge to me. I used to send my husband to take my car in before we found this Meineke location, since I always felt uncomfortable discussing vehicle maintenance. At Meineke, they provide an inspection report with pictures, identify which items are green, yellow and red, so it makes it super easy to make sure you are taking care of critical items first. Thank you, Shane and the whole Meineke team!

We recently brought our car in for evaluation due to a check engine light. The team took the time to thoroughly explain the necessary services, and the issue was resolved promptly. A few weeks later, when another problem arose, we didn’t hesitate to return. Both Shane and Reed provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness throughout the process. Fast, great service! Kept in touch with us about our vehicle. We took our Tesla to this EV location. The Tesla dealership said it would take up to 3 days to change the cabin air filter and rotate the tires. Meineke had it done (along with a few other issues they found) in the same day. Highly recommend for your EV needs!

Love this shop they always have great service accommodate my crazy schedule having to jump in and try to fit me in when they can. They’ve accidentally scheduled maintenance that wasn’t required It didn’t need to be done and they caught it and called me to inform me of it and made it correct before they performed work. They’ve never overcharged me just good all-around trustworthy shop.

Was quoted a price of 74.95 for oil change package. It includes safety check filter and tire rotation. I had $20 off coupon should have brought it to 54.95. Plus an extra quart of oil shop fees of $ 10.00 and tax. I got all that but they didn’t rotate tires.

We took my daughters car in since it didn’t pass emissions. Shane not only helped diagnose and fix the problem but he had one of his guys take the car to emissions for me since I can’t drive stick and her car is stick. We always take our cars here and have always been happy with the service. Honest, accommodating and pleasant to do business with.

Great service provided timely with my appointment - while I was waiting in the lobby I overheard an interaction between the guy at the desk and another customer, a young lady with a jacked up car she bought 3 days prior. He didn't have to, but went above and beyond printing lemon law info for her and suggesting how to take it back while also expressing concern for her safety if she drove that pos anywhere. He did a great job.

They put greasy handprints on your tan interior and then tell you they don't even get in the car. I asked them, "Then how do you open the hood and drive it in and out of the bay and put the next oil change sticker on the inner windshield?" Afterward, he just kept saying, "Have a good day, have a good day." And that it's not possible for them to do that. I just needed them to know it was happening ...it was the second time...and if they could just watch out not to do it next time. Yet....this guy kept treating me like I was crazy and kept smiling the whole time in a patronizing manner. I've been going here for years. Not anymore.

I’ve always gone to Meineke for any and all car troubles. The staff is super efficient. Reed and Shane are the best when it comes to communication and take the time to answer any questions I have regarding car troubles. Professional, accessible and I always leave with a smile on my face. Shane personally helped me throughout the process, even when it was taking longer for my car to get patched up. He kept me up to date and was trying multiple ways to find the best solution for me.

Shane gave us an honest assessment of my daughter's vehicle and provided exceptional service on a very difficult repair of the front control arms and wheel bearings. They took their time and did the repair right. I highly recommend Meineke in Ahwatukee, AZ as they have skilled mechanics, do the job right and fix your issues correctly for a fair price.

First off, l want to give a HUGE shout out to Shane, the General Manager at Meineke! Him and his team made a very difficult situation not so difficult, and for that I am truly grateful! From the time my car was diagnosed to the time my keys were returned (24 hours), the service here was exceptional! Shane was extremely thorough in explaining the repairs needed as well as the costs. He showed me photos, answered ALL my questions, and even went over in detail the things I didn’t understand. It was a very labor heavy job and I knew it would be costly, but let’s be real…It’s not always JUST about the money. Sometimes it’s about the service and how you are treated throughout the process. I went to the Ford dealership days before this and sadly didn’t have the same experience. I brought my business to Meineke and couldn’t be more pleased! I’ll make sure to bring my Ford Explorer back here in the future. (Respectfully, I hope it’s no time soon lol). Thanks for all your hard work on my car! Bri
