Very fast, pulled right in and they had my car up on a jack in less than 45 seconds no joke. Tire patched and back on in about 5 minutes. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This place is great. I was stressed out trying to get my tire replaced. I was helped out by Chong, he had the tire replaced speedily and was super friendly. Prices were reasonably as well.

This business saved me so much trouble. They were knowledgeable, professional, and fast. I will never be going to another tire place. Everything I needed was handled and then some. Very helpful staff and a wide selection of wheels. I have uncommon wheels, I called 8 places in this area, this was the first to have it. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful out of all 8. Very fast too

Been getting a lot of bad reviews because the way to treat customers is always unfair. Try to be more empathic and friendly to the customers. He has more time in his hands to reply here and quarrel with customers on Google reviews than focusing on his job.

Don’t go anywhere else for your tires! These guys are honest with women, and I haven’t found that to be the case anywhere else, unfortunately. They’re kind, respectful, quick, and right on the money! Highly recommend!

These guys tried to plug my tire before even trying to unmount from the wheel. Don't go here with performance tires, they're are not able to fix them professionally.

I had a nail in my tire. It was utterly amazing how fast they were fixing my tire. I think I was in and out in about 15 minutes, or even less!. Completely professional, no-nonsense people. Will aways go here for tire problems.

Quick and friendly service, very professional. He found the nail in my tire, patched it, and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Also very helpfully told me about another minor issue he noticed with my hubcaps and gave me advice on how to fix it. I’ll be back if I ever need tire help again!

They are amazing! I am from Arizona and we busted our rim while on the highway. Nobody had a rim for our car. They did and were able to get us in and back on the road!! Super nice, friendly, and quick, highly recommend visiting if you have any tire and rim related issues.

Hey guys.. tough to speak bout ths shop.. all i knw the few times i tryd to call.. that man who answer i m not sure bout is competence on products or even on aplications (ur car) unless course most comon one s as a juvenile may even knw =( !! On my end that day i had questions ? Equals pretty much if i was asking "why chickens dont have lips.. ?? Then of course answers.. " no i dnt have it" but he even did not try to figure out the part nor try to locate one.. nd that is for modern car.. i wonder wt hapens with classics.. which i own two 65 belvedere 69 roadrunner..if u guys wish better service.. maybe far but better service in chino same products... Bonne chance gents...🍀🙏

Melrose tire and wheels are Amazing!! Hands down the best shop in Los Angeles. My experience was great Chong was extremely helpful and experienced! I had a hard to find rim for my Honda Pilot this shop had them . I ended needing 2 and Chong had them !! They definitely won me this is my go to shop. Thanks Chong. Respectfully Jorge

I had a screw in my tire. These guys gave me an appointment for 10 am the next day, they said it would take about 15 minutes and boy, they weren't lying. No trying to upsell me or convince me my tire can't be fixed and needs to be replaced. Just checked it out for me made sure there wasn't anything I missed. And they filled my other tires for me. I got "lucky" it was just a screw and was easily and quickly fixed. But when I do need a tire or rim replacement, these guys have my business. It's one of those things, you hope you don't need to go back to a place like this, but since it's inevitable, it puts my mind at ease knowing there's a business I can go to and be confident I'm not going to be taken for a ride. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your honesty, efficiency and hospitality.

These guys are fantastic! They're friendly, hard working, & honest people. We're so glad we found them! Most recently, I bought tires from them on Friday & went straight home. Saturday morning, I went to leave & discovered a flat. I was able to get AAA to inflate the tire on Monday & I brought it back to them for repair, which was immediate & free. They definitely didn't have to do that for free & I'm grateful they did! I highly recommend buying your tires & hubcaps here 😊 You can thank me later.

these guys are super cool. excellent selection of tires and rims. they had the spare tire and rim that I needed, Shong had my back and recommended that I change my worn front tires. 5 star
