Dan and his crew are the best. Honest fair pricing, great service, will definitely treat you right!! Was screwed over by a tranny shop in A.J. found Dan and his shop and can't say enough about them. They don't just specialize in trannie an transfer cases. It's everything in general. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

Amazing service and kind people. Not over priced but not low enough price to be questionable. Very honest about what was wrong with my vehicle. I had to bring it in a few times because stuff just kept breaking on it (my vehicle is a seasoned one), and they did their best to fix it.

Can't thank Dan enough for bringing our family heirloom back on the road again. Full engine replacement in a Jeep YJ. He went above and beyond to work with the replacement engine manufacturer Fraser to make sure everything was perfect. High quality work that was worth every single penny. I think Dan and his team will need to expand their shop soon if the word keeps getting out that their work is second to none. For now, though, they're a small gem worth taking advantage of for their meticulous expertise.

Dan and his staff were fabulous to work with and got the repair done to my husband‘s truck so quickly and efficiently . We highly recommend them. We had no idea who to turn to, but when he reached out on our community Facebook page and said come for a free estimate, we knew he was an honest guy !

My only regret is that you can only give 5 stars. to me Dan and his crew are 10 out of 10. They have gone up and above what is expected. They really care about their customers. They have kept me updated on my repairs. The quality of their work is beyond measurement. They are honest and that is something you can't find anymore. I know when they fix my car that I can trust the quality of the repair work they have done and don't have to worry about it anymore. I will never take my car to anyone but Menard Auto shop.

Dan reached out when he read about my struggle with a P0300, it was very difficult cause of my experience and didn’t have the proper tools to diagnose it myself. Told me to bring it in and would tell me what was wrong. 10 minutes with the scanner and he told me I should replace the ignition coil cylinder 5 and 6, that they were the ones misfiring and everything else looked good. Also explained why he didn’t think anything else was bad and cleared the bad advice or myths I was leading myself on. Within the hour I was at AutoZone changing them out in their parking lot and let me tell you, Dan was right on the money. He saved me hundreds of dollars because everyone else was recommending 02 Sensors, then the MAF, and the camshaft position sensor. I’m never going to another mechanic again. Worth the drive if you don’t live in Mesa. He has a business but he’s not trying to gouge you for money and will 100% take care you. If I can’t figure something out or if I feel like a job will be too big I’m coming back here.

I have 3 vehicles, 2 of which, that are getting on the older side of their lifespan, but are still in good shape. The other is nearing the end of its life. Dan has managed the maintenance and repair of the vehicles near perfectly. He has done a great job of helping us to evaluate cost benefit analysis of each of the vehicles so our dollars are spent most efficiently. Dan, Nate, and Oscar have all made themselves available to us anytime we have any questions or concerns and walked us through all of the repairs. I have referred my mother to them now, so I do think it easy to say that I would refer anyone else to see them if you are having issues with you vehicle or are coming up regular maintenance.

Incredible experience!! Dan and Danielle are so warm and transparent during the entire process! They will let you know *exactly* what is going on with your vehicle and ensure you understand so there is no room for miscommunication or disappointment. I’ve never felt more comfortable taking my vehicle into an auto body shop. If you’re in the area and need your vehicle serviced, don’t go anywhere else- this is the place!

We have been using this establishment since 2008 and continue to be impressed with the quality and care taken. Most recent visit, my AC was not very cold. Within 45 minutes I was charged up, pinpoint damage identified, he set a realistic expectations for going forward and when an action plan may be needed. And they ran to get the cabin AC filter within that 45 minutes. Good work is worth paying for, and you can know he is honest. Respectable place, recommending to my Mom.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is the kind of mechanic shop that you HOPE to find. Not only are they a family-owned business, they're also a veteran family! They have got to be one of the biggest breaths of fresh air I've had since I moved here to Arizona permanently. I bought a car about a year ago that has been in and out of shops ever since. I've been told different things that are causing issues & nothing has truly proven to work. I brought my car into Menards Auto & within an hour, I had a full breakdown of every single issue. It not only made me feel better knowing that I had a direction to go in for repairs, but it also made me realize that these guys are straight to the point. I will be a forever customer as long as they're open for business, and so will anyone who asks for a mechanic recommendation. GO TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN!! It was great to come in and receive a clear and concise diagnostic for my truck. I’ve been in and out of repair shops that like to charge high expenses for “band-aid repairs.” Dan and his wife are wonderful and treat you like family. This auto shop truly cares about his customers He goes above and beyond and make sure you are ready for what’s coming next on the road Not cutting any quarters making sure the job gets done correctly. They are the place to go for any repairs or upgrades on your vehicles. He made sure our shocks were good and got us ready to tow our travel trailer and start our adventures. Absolutely phenomenal service from Dan and his team. We called in desperate for someone to look at our van after being turned away from other mechanics because of rust. Our vehicle is from New England where rust on a 20 year old vehicle is the norm, but down here many places wouldn’t even look at it let alone try to help. Dan told us to come by first thing in the morning and had us in a bay right away. We are so thankful for the time they invested today to get us on our way, and I have to say the price was more than fair. They worked with us to help stay within our budget and helped fix issues we didn’t even know we had. I couldn’t recommend Menard Auto enough. If I’m ever back in the area needing help or know someone who is, I will definitely be sending them to this shop

Great quick service! They got me in the same day for an oil change that I’ve been too busy to get and going out of town tomorrow! I didn’t realize that other places were so expensive for oil changes as I was scrambling to find a place last minute. Menard is close to my house and got me in and out fast for a great price!
