I've always gone there for my oil changes and new tires this past time they did not reset my oil counter in my car, very disappointing.

I've received good service here in the past, however today's experience was horrible. I came for a simple oil change and sat for almost two hours. the manager could have cared less as indicated by his shoulder shrug showing his poor customer service skills. terrible customer service and no such thing as a cheap oil change anymore.

Adrian took care of me when my van broke down while traveling through Albuquerque. Everyone at the shop was personable and laid back. Adrian diagnosed the issue with the vehicle immediately. He was more then fair with the final price. I am glad that I found this place in my time of need. Adrian knows what he is doing and they stand by their work. I would recommend this place very highly. Thanks again fellas.

Went in to purchase new tires. They broke the ignition tumbler on my truck so the key was stuck and they left it in the ignition rather than hand it to me. I didn't have the time or energy to fight them on it and I knew they wouldn't own up to it anyway, since they just left the key stuck in there. When a stearing wheel is in locked position, it has to be rotated slightly while turning the key rather than forcing it, which they obviously didn't know. I finally got the key out but now I cannot turn the ignition switch all the way off. It won't be a huge deal to replace it but that shows zero integrity for them to break something and not own up to it.

We were in Albuquerque for the day and our Chevy traverse was shaking really bad. We stopped by here thinking we needed the back tires balanced. The guy had a look at it and immediately said there was a lot of mud inside the inner wheel and to take it to a car wash and spray it out. Sure enough, $1.50 and it’s fixed. Nicest most trust worthy people. They will fix you up right, not out to get you like alot of places. Good people do still exist! 👏🏼😁

Went this morning 4/22/24 for front end alignment after waiting 3 hours, I was told there alignment rack was not working 3 hours of my time wasted and they didn't care.

Don't trust your vehicle to this shop. They'll break it instead of fix it. I'm not joking. They've cost me thousands. Car is now worse than when I brought it in. They don't even call you when they're done.

Brought my vehicle in and it was determined to be something they couldn't fix. Cool coz they referred me to a very professional mechanic. But before that they broke the key in the ignition and tore apart my steering column. Seemed cool until that moment when couldn't admit what they did. All I was asking for was not reimbursement but just be honestand admit it. Ty

I needed a bigger car to go camping with my dog so I bought a used van, but there was a problem so I went there the manager and the staff were kind and did the job correctly so I gained trust even after I moving to Carlsbad if I have problem with the van in the future I will come again thank you to the manager and all the members

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a balance and rotation as a walk-in. This was invaluable to me, as I travel full-time and most other comparable places wanted either $40 for a simple tire rotation or an appointment multiple days out. Considering this, along with the courteous and knowledgeable staff, answering the phone on the first ring, and quality work, why go anywhere else?

It was just me and my friend (two women) driving through town and found ourselves with 2 flats and needing tires. They treated us with such respect and kindness and the price ended up about 50% lower than what I was expecting! I called this morning and they were able to get me in immediately, found the tires (they are an uncommon size) at a warehouse and got them in 10 minutes, had them on my car in another hour and back on the road! The entire time, I watched the team offer rides and assistance to everyone in the shop. Every one was so friendly and wonderful. If I lived in town, they would have had a lifetime customer!

My family is from out of town and these guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road as promised. Very friendly and communicative. Happy to make the drive again for services. The staff know what they are doing and will be honest what they can and cannot do.

We were traveling out of state (2 younger girls) walked in and out in 45 minutes, prices were amazing especially considering we have 20” rims. Customer service was so amazing, thank you George. Highly recommend if traveling and don’t know where to go.
