The one and only time I went to this shop, I had a flat. I was ridding on a spear and had the tire where it goes under the truck. I pull up ask to get the tire fixed but they would have to lower it from under the truck. They said they didn’t know how to do it and if I could do it. At the time I was hurting really bad from my back to do this. Those who have trucks know what I’m talking about. You have to wench the tire down. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back to this place. And yes I wenched the tire down and wenched the spare back up.

Went to get struts changed other than the usual overcharge on labor it came out fine. BUT I’m disappointed they did not mention or see the axel ripped and oxygen sensor disconnected. I know it didn’t have after i left the shop. I notice it right away. This place quality is always questionable . Before you take it here, take before pictures and check everything after the work is done . They are sloppy.

The Mechanics at Mendoza Tires & Mufflers are very intelligent and very knowledgeable about their work I’m very satisfied to know That I can count on them to fix my car properly I give them 5 stars and 👍 I recommend them to everyone who needs repairs on their vehicles

I ran over a nail and my tire needed repair. They got me back on the road in minutes, and for less than the cost of a can of fix a flat! Also gave me a free estimate for future work I need done on my SUV

I’m from Austin, TX and I would drive all the way back over again because they are literally some of the nicest guys I’ve ever had work on one of my vehicles. As a woman, it’s always intimidating going into a dealership but they made me feel so welcomed and explained everything. They worked within my budget and were so helpful!! Definitely recommend.

Needed a tire patch from a nail. They got me in right away on a Saturday and fixed it for $15. Fast and efficient. Satisfied customer.

Kept their word and fixed my engine quickly! Had to get the timing chain repaired on my engine and they fixed it in 2 days like they said they would! They also fixed my AC compressor! Spent over 3k with these guys and plan on getting more work done… Great quality service and completed everything in a timely manner. I get all my services done with them!

Used to come here all the time. Not no more though. I went to replace my brake light and they didn’t want to help me. They told me to come in the morning. It was around 4pm and they close at 7. I explained to him that I didn’t want to get pulled over but he didn’t care. I went to another shop on porter and new braunfels and they helped me right away. And they only charged me $7.

Brought my car to them and they got it done within a couple of hrs. They called and explained I needed another part and how much extra for parts and labor. Super nice super convenient. They even helped me get my car home. 🙏🏻 definitely will be coming back.

My dad passed away and I had my dads AC fixed on his truck to get it ready to sell. Noe was so helpful and the best!!. He kept me updated on the whole process. They did great job. I highly recommend them!!

as a roadside service provider I couldn't do a full tire change on my customers vehicle because he didn't have the new tire mounted on the rim so we went to Mendoza's tire and within seconds we were greeted we were only charged $10 for a tire mount which helped my customer out immensely and I was just impressed by their service and equality of work
