They don’t make them like this anymore, honest , trustworthy and reliable. Been coming since 2017 with a brand new Mercedes, it’s 2024 with 140k miles and other than the regular oil change and breaks Gus and team have kept my car going . Mercedes wanted to charge me thousands for things I didn’t need . So it’s priceless to have honest and trustworthy mechanic .

I thought I was in good hands with the dealer until I discovered they were requesting work that was not needed. Thanks to AGT and their honest and professional assessment of the issue I don’t have to do the work I was advised to do by a “Reputable Mercedes Benz Dealer”. Go to AGT for a second opinion you will be pleased, and you will not go back to the dealer ever.

I went to this Service a month ago. After being 2 hours waiting the owner Mr. Tames told me that the cooler of my BMW 430i had to be changed. The cost of changing the parts was more than $2000 including the cooler. I went to another Service which made an excellent work with original part for $500 less.

Gus and his crew always do a good job on my Mercedes. They fix any issues once and I don’t have to keep bringing it back. His cost is pretty fair as well.

Gus and his team are amazing! My BMW 530i broke down in a flood and found his shop online. He was great to work with… he fixed my car from being totaled and worked with my insurance so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. Highly recommend going to his shop if you have a Mercedes or BMW for any repairs or maintenance!

My names is Alex & I went to AGT to get some work done on my 2015 bmw228i because it had a drivetrain malfunction, the owner was amazing from the beginning & explained thoroughly what was wrong with the car & what I should fix, I also found he has a great sense of humor. Pricing was good & the service was great, I highly reccomend.

Service was met as soon as I walked through the door. Gus listened to the issue and then explained the next steps. He didn’t give me the run around, he identified the issue and was able to get it corrected within that day.

WOW , WOW , WOW That all is have to say 5 ***** Service for this Mechanic. The Owner GUS is amazing , and on top of it. He is very fair and reasonable and will give you a great service and best quality price all around south florida. I had an issue with my Mercedes and took it to him , he diagnosed the problem quickly and i was out in no time. Very Friendly , Honest , Reliable and Trusted , His work is impeccable and on point. The BEST!!! Gus and his team worked diligently on my vintage Mercedes G wagon SWB. Ordering original parts from Mercedes for a vehicle that never was imported into the US. AGT treated my G wagon impeccably and it was immaculate when I picked it up. My G wagon is back on the road and I have a grin from ear to ear whenever I drive it. It gets constant looks all over Miami, I get asked about it whenever I stop and I have 3 offers to buy it.

First time writing a review and I have to say that I’m very happy that I took the time to do so. Gus, such a stand up guy. Knowledgeable and took me in at the very last minute. Although I only got an oil change, the information provided throughout the service time is priceless. I mean he really took the time and shared information about my vehicle I didn’t even know. The time and care himself and the other tech put in is very rare as it is driven by money. I appreciate you and you will forever have a customer in me. Thank you a bunch Gus.

He estado durante varios minutos pensando lo que escribiria de este lugar. En mis años de edad solo he visto en lugares como este avaricia, malos tratos, pesimo trabajo. Cada vez que tenia que recurrir a un mecanico mi mundo se venia abajo porque sabia los malos ratos que me esperaban. Por pura casualidad lleve mi carro a este negocio. Tengo un BMW X5 del 2013. Mi carro llego en pesimas condiciones luego de un viaje desde Orlando ya habiendo salido desde alla con problemas mecanicos. ​Para empezar recibieron mi carro como si fuera un ser humano. Lo empezaron a revisar con una pasion que nunca habia visto en mecanicos. El primer presupuesto de mi carro fue de casi 5000 dolares pero aun eso solo era una hipotesis ya que habia que abrir el motor para poder ver en realidad los daños. Yo sabia que mi carro estaba critico y lo supe desde el momento en que otros dos mecánicos se negaron a arreglarlo. Todas las piezas cotizadas fueron pedidas a distribuidores. Piezas que me enseñaron en sus cajas cuando llegaron al otro día pero mi sorpresa fue aún mayor cuando detectaron un problema en la computadora del carro dándole un giro total a la reparación del carro. Después de solucionar el problema con la computadora ya habían muchas piezas que no eran necesarias cambiar porque estaban en buen estado y la computadora las estaba marcando mal. Todas esas piezas fueron devueltas. Les cuento todo esto para que vean el nivel de honradez que encontrarán en ese taller. Muchos de los que lean este comentario estoy seguro que han Sido víctimas de mecánicos descarados que hubieran cobrado todas esas piezas para mantener el presupuesto inicial aún sin inclusive haberlas puesto pero como la mayoría de nosotros somos unos ignorantes en la mecánica automotriz ni siquiera hubiéramos notado semejante estafa. Imagínense mi sorpresacuando me llamaron y me informaron este tema. Sencillamente al ver tanta honradez dije lo que muchos leyendo este comentario diría: no puede ser posible. Mi carro salió de ese taller en tiempo recort y pagando inclusive menos de 3000 dólares. Si lugares como este existieran no solo en el ámbito mecánico sino en otras instituciones, el mundo fuera un mejor lugar. Si todos tuvieramos la mitad de la honradez, la mitad de las ganas de no hacerle daño a nadie, la mitad de las ganas de hacer con pasión lo que sea que hagamos para ganarnos la vida, la mitad de la amabilidad al relacionarnos con otras personas, ese dia podríamos tener el orgullo de llamarnos SERES HUMANOS. Muchísimas felicidades a ese equipo de trabajo. Un abrazo bien grande a todos y muchísimas gracias por brindarme la oportunidad de haberlos conocido.

I highly recommend Gus and his car repair shop. I took my car to Mercedes Benz to get it checked out because I was getting a very strong rattling sound from under the car. Mercedes took three or four days just to take a look at it, and when they did, they claimed that I needed a very expensive repair to replace the driving shaft, flexible disks and brakes. They wanted to charge me $5,000. I didn’t question the inspection but decided to look for another car repair shop to see if I could get it repaired for less. I landed at AGT Imports based on his reviews and was so glad I did. They took a look at my car and said the problem stemmed from a very small piece of rubber that was hanging on the underside which was causing the noise. They removed it and said the brakes did not need to be replaced at this time. They only charged me a small fee for the inspection which I was happy to pay. Gus is the most honest person in the business that I’ve encountered. I’ve been telling a lot of people about him and now I’d like to leave this review to inform those that I don’t know who are considering going to his business not to hesitate and go. You won’t regret it. He saved me $5,000 and I’m eternally grateful. Thanks Gus!
