Made an appointment for 5/23/2024. When i called back to cancel. I was told i did not have an appointment. Mind you I live in Conyers Ga,. Had i driven here without an appointment. This would have been a huge problem for me. Now the story - I have taken my car in several times on the same issues. Nothing ever get fixed. They patch you up and you have to continue to go back as if people doesn't have to work. Now you understand what they have a 2.4 goggle review. I will no longer take my car to this dealership for any thing. Nor will I buy or refer anyone here. When Mr. Ellis was living. Mercedes stood for something. Now you have all these people working for Mercedes that doesn't even care about the quality of service.

I came here to comply with the NCV3 Sprinter emissions control system recall campaign, finally deciding to do it after receiving a mailer from MBUSA offering an additional $1,500 in parts and service on top of the recall service. My service advisor and one of her colleagues had no idea about it, even after I physically showed it to them. After getting my van back, I learned later from MBUSA in Sandy Springs that they were, in fact, supposed to honor it on the spot. The staff was definitely friendly, but I'm not sure I'd trust them with any other service if these small details can't be addressed, pending a return call from the service manager.

I came in for my schedule B appointment. They did not check my fluids. They did not reset the computer, had the wrong tire pressure on the tires, not sure if I even got a schedule B Service. And the list my lug nut on my front tire. horrible service, I’ve also called Mercedes-Benz corp to complain.

I attempted to allow them to service my car. However, there was no loner cars available and the Service attendant didn’t know when a loner car would be available. My car was towed there on Last Friday when I called on Wed they still hadn’t did a diagnostic report. I immediately had my car towed to European Automotive, INC. They are Amazing! Ask Steven…Apparently, MB of Atl need to hire more people.

Would never step foot in this place again got charged $150 to replace windshield wipers 🤬$160 to replace air filter that just pops in place$1,800 to change oil filter and fuel filter. Was told the cost of balance and rotate tires on a sprinter van $600 hell no never again

Not sure wats going on with wat was previously a reliable place for service on my 2013 S550 but I just concluded a service experience from hell. I dropped my baby there 13 jun; it was three misdiagnosis n six weeks later b4 the problem was resolved. Worse, I had to contact them for updates! Fortunately my extended warranty - shoutout 2 Endurance - approved the replacement of all (four) parts w/o pushback. Adding insult, clearly the work area wasn't covered as carpet between the seat n floor mat, seat n door, upper door frame and the horn area of steering wheel was visibly soiled AND the part had 2 b recalibrated b4 i left. Stay away yall! I kno I won't b returning 😤
