It's about service. It's about quality. If these two things are not your top reasons to go here, don't. They take care of you! Serviced our car, was given a loaner, when parts didn't come as thought, no problem, keep the loaner! Our car was done, fair price as issued prior, no last minute oops $$, the best is here. Love this dealership.

I have been a service customer for two years and have been repeatedly impressed by the knowledge, quality of service and great customer care Mercedes Benz of College Station has given my wife and I. They have helped us both here in town and via phone last year while on a vacation when we needed urgent assistance locating a MB service center while out of State in Tennessee. It’s comforting to know we’re not just a number in someone’s books… but a customer the genuinely care for.

Customer Service is amazing!! Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance was great- I needed my car towed and it was complimentary! Car repaired in a day even with the product shortage issues happening all over.

Fixed an issue with the transmission in my E350. The repair was fairly priced, even though it was out of warranty! While I don't expect to have further problems, their friendly and professional attitude, fair pricing, and timely service earned my trust!

They are pretty sweet to provide free roadside service, free towing, free Uber in 50miles, and give me a very comfortable serve as home. That’s a excellent serve experienced, MB of College Station give me warm, after I got a flat tire and was let on the roadside all night.
