The service department at Mercedes Benz of Rochester, Michigan should be shut down. From the unprofessional staff to the incompetent mechanics/Techs they have working there. This experience was the worst ever. The communication between customer to staff will definitely cause future incidents. MB of Rochester is not the place anyone should ever take their vehicles for services. This place suck!

Yesterday I brought my car to this dealership for a ding in the door. Steve from the service department assured me that it would be fixed to my satisfaction and it was. Very pleased so thanks Steve and everyone at West Herr.

Always organized, prompt and friendly at the front of the transaction. Accurate and professional with the car. I have never had to return because it wasn't fixed properly in over 10 years with this service shop.

Beautuful Auto Mobiles indeed. Management dwn to Employees are "Professional" in what they bring to Their Clients,this place is a must visit And Mercedes has other brand name vehicles some Used but very Clean and Low Mileage on most second hand model vehicles. Great Deals here.

I’m so disappointed in Mercedes Benz, of Rochester. After spending over $12,000 for 4 new tires, 1 rim, new brakes, axle repair, and transmission fluid etc, was told I could not have a loaner, that’s fine, however when I have to go back 4 times in the subsequent week, because of malfunctioning tires, which Caused another $950 to replace a rim, being stranded because I couldn’t connect with Mercedes for over 2 hours after being placed on hold/ disconnected 3 times. I am thoroughly convinced that there is something eerie, or even threatening as I’m continually having to go back because of faults etc. I couldn’t even buy a new car….. I don’t know if it’s because they can’t get access or if it’s truly because of the color of my skin. I’m a 27 year old African American Male, with long hair, and believe me I can feel “it” every time I go there with my S Class. Can someone advise on best way to sell my S Class and buy another luxury brand so I don’t have to deal with Mercedes Benz of Rochester or West Herr Auto anymore? Really tired of being treated like this and have no other recourse, but to buy another brand and continue to share my story.

The service here is PHENOMENAL! My Customer Service Specialist (hopefully that's her title) Merahya Colon is just so pleasant and professional (always smiling and soft spoken.) I have been with her since day one for my vehicle. She keeps me informed with every and anything going on with my vehicle, via texts or calls. I like that Mercedes has you working with one person every time, that way they get to know you, your vehicle and you get to know them. Mercedes also, only allows one Service Technician to touch your vehicle (same person every time, as I was told.) This is great b/c this is the person that knows your vehicle, and the only person that works and services it ( I thinkmy Service Technicianis Chris- very nice gentleman.) I have been having some issues with my GLA, despite my frustration Merahya and the team have not wavered in their Customer Service (always welcomin and professional.) I recently met the Director of Customer Service- Mr. Cody (hopefully I got his name right 😄.) He addressed my issue right away when I came to pick up my vehicle and the problem still existed. He was already made aware of what was happening with the vehicle (as a Director should be), he looked at the problem, agreed it was not fixed, and then apologized for the major inconvenience it has be causing me, having to bringit back and forth. Mr. Cody gave me a loaner (a 2021 Mercedes GLB....NICE RUGHT 😁😁😁) and told me that they will work to resolve my problem. I really appreciated this very much. As I said, I have been really frustrated with what has been happening, but MERCEDES BENZ of Rochester is taking care of me. If your vehicle needs Service, bring it to MERCEDES- BENZ OF ROCHESTER........they'll take care of you. Remember, " THE BEST OR NOTHING. " PS. I'll keep you posted on the out of my vehicle.........STAY TUNED 🙋🏾♀️
