For context this was my first time getting service at this dealership. My Mercedes service was A+++. It was super easy to book my appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by the service technician. We talked through why I was there and what was going on with the car. They brought out the mechanic to ride with me so I could show them what was going on. I’ve never been able to talk directly to the mechanic for a service appointment, it gave me a lot of confidence to be able to speak directly with them and know they saw the problem I was experiencing with the car. I was given a ride home with a valet driver and the dealership dropped my car off at my home the next day. Overall getting a ride home and having my car delivered the next day saved me SO MUCH time! It was painless. My car is driving great and I think they got to the actual issue. I would not hesitate to purchase from, or get service from, this dealership! Fantastic!

Took my 2016 350 GLS in for service; Service advisor Gabrillel was great.. kept me advised of needed repairs, got me rIdes to pickup and even sennt me a loaner when unexpected repairs were needed..

From your ultra modern plant, the huge garage door that opened automatically as I drove toward it, to immediately being met by a courteous, friendly attendant (Jax), I was impressed. He started the work order noting the services I was requesting and escorted me into the waiting room and pointed out the coffee & snack bar. He communicated with me both by texts and in person while the service was ongoing. Finally, he came and explained the services rendered, the cost of same and the total due after taxes, etc. I tapped the counter card device, was handed a printed copy and was on my way in my just washed 2017 GLE350. I felt like I was just driving it out of the showroom!

The folks at Mercedes Benz south Austin never fail to live up to their name! I’ve been bringing my car for a couple after they opened until now for service and I’ve had a great and personal experience every time. Kattie Lowery and Jax Clary work is top notch, the turnaround is speedy, and they remember me like I’m a friend every time I come in. Twice, now, I’ve had to bring my car in unannounced because of odd little issues while on the road, and they’ve been completely accommodating each time, somehow managing to work me into their busy schedule with no complaints or extra charges. I always feel confident and comfortable when I bring my car here, and I think you will, too. Perfect stars from me, they deserve to be seen

All around, always a wonderful experience. Everyone is there to help you, to make your time at Mercedes an enjoyable one. If you have to wait, beautiful space to work, have coffee or just relax. Loaner cars and pick-up/drop-off options are such life savers. Katie with the service department is exceptional. She is professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make your experience a wonderful. I 100% recommend Mercedes South Austin. I appreciate all they do.

Gabrielle in the service department at Mercedes-Benz South Austin is wonderful in every sense of the word. I arrived early for my appointment. My assigned tech was at lunch, so she graciously took over my appointment and got me right in. She kept me informed thoughout the process and not only made sure the problem was solved, but that my car was washed and vacuumed before she sent me on my way. Stellar service.

I recently bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 for a dealership in San Antonio and not even 24 hours later the AC stopped working. I took my car to Mercedes Benz of South Austin where I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Kevin Gutierrez. Not only did he take care of me but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. The service that I was giving by him and the whole staff was top notch. The AC in my car is working better that it did when I drove it off the car lot. Kevin and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of South Austin thank you for taking care of me and my family.

Katie was able to efficiently and thoughtfully tend to the service of my sprinter on the spot. Even to the point of pulling the warrantied part from the parts department herself. Appreciated the video while report that I was emailed as well. Courteous and efficient service! Very good first experience! I’ll be back!

Kattie was very helpful, friendly and courteous. She Introduced us to Mike Chapa, Foreman in Service dept. Mr Chapa went out of his way to help us resolve the issue with our car.
