It would have been nice to advertise available services for weekend appointments. They told me over the phone that software updates were available on Saturdays so I drove an hour to find out that was not the case

They said 1000$ for only oil change , I don't understand is it Mercedes in general so bad or this dealer goes crazy. Very disappointed with Mercedes.

Uses deceptive business practices and misrepresentation of used vehicles. They prey on the disabled and elderly by selling vehicles without properly disclosing damages or conditions of the vehicles. 0/10. Bear in mind, this was my second vehicle from them. If you value your hard earned money, stay far away from these shady business practices.

We have very poor customer service from the maintenance department. I don't understand why they have people who don't like talking to customers. I think they should improve that.

Had my car for 19 days, Bad communication. Im having to call everytime for an update ON MY CAR!. They dont tell me nothing. Just to program and EMU and replace a battery. 19 days?! UPDATE: ITS JUNE 27 STILL NO CAR. DONT TSKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET SERVICED TRUST!!!

Took three weeks, multiple trips and a full reinstallation to have the “VIP Package” window tints properly installed. Service department is impossible to reach and rarely respond to texts or VMs. They eventually got it right after Customer Service got involved. Very disappointed, especially considering how OUTSTANDING the dealership’s Sales Team is.

Very bad attention 🤮, I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and it turns out that after I receive the car, tell me that the repair would take 3 hours, they call me and tell me that a piece was missing that if I could leave the car until the other day in the diler to fix it early in the morning around 10 am I would be ready, I arrive the next day at the diler at 11:30 am and the car had not started to do it, I waited 2 hours and they gave me the dirty car and they had changed my customized parts, in conclusion pessimistic attention, very bad lack of communication 🤮👎🤬 Muy mala atencion 🤮, programe una cita con una semana de anticipación y resulta que despues de resivirme el carro , decirme que el arreglo demoraria 3 horas , me llaman y me dicen que faltaba una pieza que si podia dejar el carro hasta el otro dia en el diler para arreglarlo temprano en la mañana sobre las 10 am estaria listo , llego al otro dia al diler a las 11:30 am y el carro no lo habian empezado hacer , espere 2horas y me entregan el carro sucio y me le habian cambiado mis piezas customizadas , en conclusión pesima atencion , muy mala falta de comunicación 🤮👎🤬

I took my car in for its service B appointment. My service advisor was Eugene V. When he informed me that the car needed more than service B. I was unwilling to wait for an extended period of time and I did not want to have to return for the additional service needed. Eugene offered me a ride home and had my car deliver to me after all the work was completed. I really appreciated this because I was not up to sitting and waiting on my car. I love the service given at Mercedes Benz Millenia, Orlando. Keep up the great service.

I was very disappointed with MB Not paying for a rental van! We purchased a new MB 2500 CARGO HIGH TOP VAN FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES, and at 3500 miles, it had a sensor switch that wasn't sealed properly at the time its was built. I feel we deserved better customer service at an MB dealership! We should have chosen the FORD 250 HIGH TOP VAN V6 and better performance and fuel efficiency. The maintenance on a FORD VS. MB is a huge difference. I've owned two NEW FORD 250 HIGH VANS AND PUT A 110K MILES IN TWO YEARS AND NEVER ANY ISSUES. I CHANGED AND SERVICED THEM MYSELF USING NOTHING BUT FULL SYNTHETIC OIL MOBIL 1 AND OTHER MOBIL 1 PRODUCTS! It's going to be interesting to see the type of long-term miles and how this MB 2500 HOLDS UP!

The worst Mercedes Benz dealership’ or any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They basically lied about the condition of a used car I was going to purchase, lied about the process and then sold it out from under me. Very unethical and untrustworthy.

Walked in to trade my car with a Mercedes thinking that Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando has a good customer service instead there was no one to greet us, the woman at the front desk was so rude and did not offer any help at all. We walked through the lot with no guidance, could not find any new cars. It took forever to get a sales person. No coffee or drinks, and if ask for water they will bring some in a cup instead of a water bottle. It was the worst experience I had at a dealership.
