We told him it was over heating and because it didn't come up on the test he didn't do anything about it and we had to take it back. It over heated going home. We are 100 miles from you and we have to bring our jeep to get back home.

I bought my car from Roberto and the sales mgr was involved from the start everything was fine till I drove my car home and the front end would shake real bad when it switched gears from 2 to 3 for about 3 seconds then would stop . It took quite a few days to get them to agree to work on my car when they decided to work on my car they said it was motor mounts and transmission mounts so they replaced them they said give me the car back and the car is doing the exact same thing except it gets a little worse each time it's drove I'll let them know that it was doing the same thing and I've gotten no response nobody's willing to fix the problem so I've got a car that I just started paying on for the next 4 years and mechanical issues right off the bat that I was told would be fixed and when they misdiagnosed the issue now that I want to now they don't want to follow up with what they said they would do which would be fix it instead they're ignoring me we'll see.

My daughter is attending Baylor summer classes and found a way to run over a couple nails that resulted in a tire that could not be repaired. I live in Houston and was dealing with this issue thru a Mercedes service advisor, Wallace, who was truly awesome. Always keeping me informed, offering shuttle service to get my daughter from Baylor to the dealership and just all around pleasant. Lots of confidence in this dealership supporting us during next 4 years of school.

Pleasant experience! Thorough check revealed the need for more work (luckily under warranty) than just oil change and filters. An extra day in service was required. Loaner car was clean and comfortable to drive but I am still not a fan of electric vehicles. Glad to get back in my ride which is running great.

Everything about the routine service visit was perfect. Advisor George was thorough in explaining everything, the service was performed in a very timely manner, and the car was impeccably clean when delivered back to me — two hours earlier than expected.

Had a oil change service and and discovered my rear brakes were worn down to the metal.

Notified staff that the ignition switch needed to be replaced. Part was installed. Car would not start, diagnoses was done. Found that the car needed a new starter. I had already spent $1600 just to replace the ignition switch, and they quoted me another $1500 to replace the starter. Just feel like it’s way over priced. I took the car somewhere else to get the starter installed for half the price and my car turned on.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from ‘Mercedes Benz service in Waco tx . Wallace is a very good service person . He keeps me informed of what is needing service . The lady in the car loaner department is so nice . I wish I had gotten her name .

When making the appointment for service my daughter was told she couldn’t get a loaner vehicle because you have to be “over 25.” Her 25th birthday was 2 weeks away so she asked if she could schedule the service for after her birthday because she needed a loaner for work. She was told, “no - I said OVER 25.” So she said, “so 26?!” Keep in mind - this is HER car that SHE purchased and the salesman assured her that they give you a loaner vehicle when you come in for service (he had her drivers license and was fully aware of her age). So now I’m taking the car as my primary vehicle in California so she doesn’t have to deal with their nonsense. AND when she went in to drop off the car (at 5:00 pm, after work) the service person said, “why are you dropping off so late?” She explained that she had to drop it off after work and have someone pick her up, get a ride to work the following day, etc because of her age. He said, “the information you were given isn’t true - we give loaners out if your 25 - not 26.” She had a Lexus when she was 21 and Lexus ALWAYS gave her a loaner. So now she’s driving a Lexus and I get to deal with Mercedes in California. PLUS the fact that the washer fluid for the windshield wipers is completely empty (they serviced it 2 weeks ago) and it clearly states on the service paper that the windshield washer fluid was filled.

They told me my brakes has 10 percent left needed new brakes, Rotors, I took it to a brake shop, they said my brakes were like brand new out of a box, don't trust this dealership. They are not honest. This place is trash.
