Luke displays Outstanding customer service always!!! Luke is an excellent Service Writer. He definitely takes good care of my 2024 car. He's very professional, listens, and kind!! He truly knows his job!!! When my car is completed he makes sure it's cleaned up. Kudos to my Service Writer Luke!! 👍🏼😄

Took car in for Factory reset. Found out there was a recall also and was told car would be finished in 2 1/2 hrs. But recall took care of everything and Done in 11/2 hrs. Decided to stay and wait on car tho they told me I could have a loaner. Waiting area very nice and spacious with beverages and snacks. Car washed inside and out when done.

I was contacted about a recall for my Mercedes and easily scheduled an appointment. I called the morning of my appointment and mentioned a couple of other concerns with my nav display and asked if I needed to leave my car for a longer period of time? The woman I talked to said it shouldn’t take any longer than the original plan. When I got there the service person told me the update for my nav problem would take maybe 3 extra hours and I’d have to bring it back since I chose to wait on my car. That’s why I called earlier to see if I should just leave it. So now I have to come back another time for that update.

I was taken care of immediately by a very nice young man who was knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was solved within an hour and the service department checked my car thoroughly before I left. I will be returning there for all my service needs.

This was my first visit to the this location. The facilities were really nice and they had complimentary beverages and light snacks. The communication was lacking. I started out with a service advisor who was just ok, not very welcoming or friendly which is fine. I really loved the videos they sent via text of under my car and under the hood detailing the service which was completed and what was recommended. After authorizing two additional services I felt as if I was left hanging. I had questions about my brakes and the service advisor said he would call the West Chester location. He never followed up with me. I completed my payment with another employee who told me I did not need brakes. Once I got home I am assuming I texted the service advisor I originally worked with to clarify if I did in fact need brakes and his explanation was not concise and his responses were hasty as if I was a bother. This was not a good first impression as a first time customer.

Was treated well by Anthony Destefano. I was too late to get the specific car that I built, but Anthony found one that checked all the boxes and was immediately available.

Yearly routine Maintenance was completed. Also I had a couple of warranty issues that was repaired all to my satisfaction. Walker and Paige are the Best service Representatives. They treat me like family. That’s why I will always have my two Mercedes serviced at MB Cincinnati. I had a warning come on that there was a tail light not working properly. The issue was repaired and no charge to me as the car was under warranty. It was repaired promptly, car washed and I was back on the road. Thanks MB Cinci.
