I was surprised at the reviews but i went there before i read the reviews. Over the past weekend, i got a flat and we went to the closest tire shop. When we got there Jaylen said that they was closed but he came out and saw the tire and said he couldn't let us drive with that so thirty minutes later, we got two new tires thanks to Barry and Jalen. So thank you

I would not recommend getting anything other than an oil change done there. I called to make an appointment for tuneup and ac/resistor, they kept car all day. Since quarantining I have not driven any where since I picked car up from them and all of a sudden my car is making terrible sounds and the ac blower does not come off. I call talk to the manager Mike, takes car in next day and they keep it from 10am to 2pm, says its electrical but don't know what it is, have the nerve to tell me the problem is easy but he dont know why and how to fix it.... But still have my money paid them almost $600.00... I was better off not taking my car to them.

Ronnie at the front desk is always friendly. It was a delight to see him at the Millbrook Rd.store because when I took my car to the Garner store he was there. He goes the extra mile for customers. I appreciate it. He is an asset to NTB.

Service varies according to your needs and their mood. However, they are honest. Near the 23L bus to Capital or Crabtree. You can then get to work. Not far from Revenue building or some good food.

I came here to have an oil change and a tire patched. As far as that is concerned NTB did well and the manager provided very personalized service. However, as a first time car owner I had some questions about my timing belt and a problem I had with the car. They diagnosed it and gave me their solutions. Two weeks later I was back with the same problems and they could not tell me what was wrong with it. I was asked to try a different service center, which then provided solutions that repaired my car and also answered my questions correctly. Some of these solutions were supposedly already provided by NTB, but NTB refunded me for their initial service. TLDR: This place can be great and quick for minor maintenance work but please go to a more advanced center for real questions and serious problems.

I wish I had paid attention to the other recent reviews. I've been using this location for YEARS but it had been about a year since my previous visit. Apparently it's not well known that a vehicle equipped with disability hand controls CAN be driven regularly without any modifications. I'll just leave it at that...

Not many businesses are in the business of teaching you to despise them. This one is. And Ken the manager is/was the worst of all. Among many irritations was Ken's attitude, clearly passed on to his crew, that customers are all jerks and and they and their vehicles should be treated accordingly. In fact, Ken is without question the worst business operator I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I would like to employ him myself, just to have the pleasure of firing him. Too bad it isn't possible to give this business negative stars.

I noticed immediately that the the manager was a "take charge" kind of guy. In the first few moments, I felt that customer service and customer satisfaction were top priorities of the manager. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I will definitely be back.

Trust me. You do not want to take you car here. The last 2 times I have gone, they have been understaffed and it takes at least 15 minutes to acknowledge you. i dropped my car off yesterday for an oil change and to have my engine checked. The guy said he might be able to get to it in a few hours. I told him no problem, my wife and I were headed out of town and I could pick it up tomorrow afternoon. I did and come to find out they didnt do anything to it at all. Said "sorry forgot" - really??? The last couple times I have gone its been suspect but this was just flat out not caring. No "we'll get to it right away" or "let me give you a discount" Nothing. Just 'if you wanna bring it back tomorrow we might be able to get it then. Im not much of a complainer but this was absolutely ridic. I told you have had it for 2 days.....why n the hell wold I leave it for? I will never go back to this place again

Two unsatisfactory experiences at this facility. Very pompous, disagreeable store manager. The store was far better prior to the new manager. Two repair jobs were totally botched and had to be refunded by district management. This experience happened more than six months ago and I hope that obnoxious store manager is no longer employed at that facility.

place has gone down hill since ken left people working there dont have clue went to have oil change and guy walked around truck for 5 minutes looking for somthing so i went out and asked him what he was looking and he said oil stick so he could check oil level ! i was shocked and pissed at same time. not sure if anybody should take car there untill they get better help

Friday, January 17, 2014 My tire was completely flat, so I had it towed to the shop at 7:15am (15 minutes before the store opens). I usually shop at Discount Tires, but had found a good value pick on Merchant's website, so despite the negative reviews decided to give them a try. The website stated that the tire was in stock at this location. When I spoke to the store's manager at 7:30am the tires were not in stock, but he stated that they could be transferred from another store within 2 hours, but "no guarantees." I left my car thinking he was under-promising in order to over produce - win my loyalty as a new customer. Over 5 hours later the tires still had not arrived. I asked Merchant's to fill the flat with air and drove to Discount Tires where I was in and out in 30 minutes. Lesson learned. When you read the other Google reviews, please note that there is only one positive review for this store. It was submitted by Ken Briska, who happens to be the store's manager.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. They broke my grill!!!!! Then Kenneth Briska lied to the company insurance so they wouldn't have to fix it. Oh I am not done with them believe that. This is just the beginning. I am filing complaints with the BBB as well with corporate. The only good person that I can say is on my side is Waylen. That place would be a lot better with just him working there.

Worst place ever!!!! I brought my car here to get four new tires and have them do the alignment. I set the appointment for 8 AM brought it there and dropped it off and told them I would be back at 4 PM to pick it up. When I dropped it off there was only one other car there. When I came back at 4 they had just started it. They told me my stud was stripped so they had to replace it, I know I didn't strip the stud because I used a torque wrench to put the lug nuts on. They took the studs off but couldn't find the replacements. I had to leave my car there overnight and They finished it the next day around noon (28 hours later). After all this you would think they would give me a discount right? Wrong!! When I asked for one the Manager called me a thief and a liar!! I ask to speak to his manager and he said no!! I called the customer service number and filed a complaint. The district manager called me the next day and gave me $100 back, only reason they get two stars instead of one.

Merchant's charged me for an inspection that I did not need knowing that my check engine light was on and running a full dianogistic for a cost of 95.00. On top of that they said they did an inspection and charged me 30.00 additional dollars while I knew and they knew that it would not pass. That is unethical and just wrong!
