Called on a Sunday morning after no show on 24hr heavy tow trucks. Miles went to several places to try to find the part after hours and on a Sunday!! Finally Sunday evening on attempt #7 he was able to get the part and put it on first thing Monday morning! Never gave up! It was extremely frustrating for him but kept on when many others would have given up! He has lots of connections and probably used them all to get me the part! So if your after hours or on a weekend, don’t give up or get towed, just call miles!!

Solved all my problems with my truck. Ran into a few more but they were quickly resolved. Excellent customer service and the know how to get things fixed and fast. I would highly recommend this company.

I called needing a mechanic to work on my RV. The man on the phone took my info an said he would come by the next morning. He never showed up. I called and got no answer. I called 3 times and left 3 messages asking for a call back never got one.

My husband and I were taking a day trip to unload a trailer about 2 hrs south of home when we got to Memphis we were early so we stopped for lunch and I left the blinker on and it ran the battery down. He came and gave us a jump off. We were back in business and on the road within 45 mins of calling him. Very fast and efficient work!

My husband’s truck broke down in the middle of the night, we were recommended to MR Truck Repair by a friend who has used his service before. The gentleman picked up on the right away—this was around 4am so I was very impressed that we could get ahold of someone so quickly. His diagnostic was fast and quickly fixed my husband’s truck so that he could get back on the road to finish the job. Very professional man and can tell right away he knows what he’s doing. I will definitely use his services in the future if needed. Do I recommend MR Truck Repair? Heck yeah!

This guy left me Hanging for 2 days. He did not fix my truck, horrible communication, he never returned. Truckers are too vulnerable for this type of behavior.

Excellent work,got to my truck and figured out the problem,when I thought it was the alternator he found a broken wire,6$ instead of a hundred!He has called me in Alabama to check on my truck and has continued to give me advice!very nice family man!5 star all the way

One of the best mechanics around. I was having a lot of electral problems with my freight liner casicaida and I called miles and he came out and fixed everything right and for a great price, will be calling him every time my truck breaks down in the Memphis Tn area.
