Our Honda Pilot’s battery died so we took it to Autozone, Autozone performed a test and told us we had a bad alternator. Mesa Auto Works took a look at our car, performed a test and told us the alternator was fine. Stan at Mesa Auto Works was honest with us and told us and said it didn’t need to be replaced. I love the honesty, he could have made a sale and replaced the alternator but chose not to.

This is our first auto repair since returning to the Valley. Our neighbor suggested Mesa Auto Works because they had done business with them and their are local family owned. They were completely booked until next week (Wednesday) but suggested leaving the car to try to work it in. Less than two hours later they were able to work it in and do the repairs. Very impressed! Thursday October 24th. Mesa Auto Works installed a new windshield wiper for less than Walmart sold one that I was unable to install! Good job.

Excellent brake pad replacement experience with my car. They scheduled me promptly and I had thought that I needed to have all four pads replaced but they informed me that just the rears needed replacement. I thought that was honest and appreciated the heads up. Price was very fair and they were very nice.

Finally, I found a place that I feel comfortable letting someone else work on my car. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I WILL take my car here again, if I need any new maintenance. I have already told many friends about this place. It's the holy grail of car shops.

Highly, highly recommend this mechanic! They are honest and go out of their way to assist customers. We’ve been going there for two years and every time we are met with spectacular service. Extremely thoughtful and only recommend work that truly needs to be done. I’ve referred all of my family to them and they have been met with the same experience.

I'm so glad I get to be apart of the 5 star reviews! The service was very fast, the staff were super friendly, and the prices were very fair. They have a nice waiting room and even have a desk and chargers so you can get work done. I'm so happy I found my new mechanic!

Stan and the crew at Mesa Auto Works are highly recommended in my opinion. I have had them work on 4 of my vehicles and have been very satisfied with their work, timeliness, communication, and pricing. We even had them replace a motor in one of our vehicles and it is running like a champ. I have spoken about them to many people and even convinced the owner of my company to start having our work vans serviced here. Great job folks!

We took this to Dan and it turned out a great expense on our part. His work is good but his prices are too high. I referred two other people who have expressed the same about price. The other window was Half the price somewhere else a yr ago. So just saying get a price at a couple places first.

Trustworthy and dependable Very professional shop. I have full confidence in what they say needs to be done and that they will do a good job. I like that you schedule a day and have the work done. In the ten years or so that I've been taking my vehicles there, I don't think there's even been a case where I needed to leave a vehicle overnight. If you are looking for an auto repair shop, give them a try.

Their website is misleading, under affiliates and CERTIFICATIONS… The website has the trade marked logos of Powerstroke, Cummins and Duramax diesel. After making an appointment the previous day, dropping the truck off and making it all the way home…. I was called and informed that they only do oil changes, and ZERO diesel diagnostic or repair…

We have been taking our vehicles to Mesa Auto for roughly 30 years, through 3 locations. They do exceptional work, but more importantly, are absolutely trustworthy and honest. Years ago, we had a vehicle that one of the Scottdale dealers recommended $600 in repairs. When brought to Mesa Auto for a 2nd opinion or a cheaper price, they found no evidence for any repair being needed with a full and detailed explanation. This only reinforced the trust they had already earned. I have recommended them for years and will continue to do so. They are run by a friendly local family and have earned their great reputation.

I am so happy that I found Mesa Auto Works! Stan and Jeremy, and all their mechanics, have been super to work with. They understand my desire to keep my family's cars (2006, 2014 & 2014) for a long time, and are helping me keep up to date with regular maintenance at fair, reasonable prices, and their '24 hour/anytime' drop off option is both safe and VERY convenient for us (of course, after calling ahead to set a service appointment).
