I contacted Jay based on a recommendation from a neighborhood group. I thought our van's heat wasn't working properly and asked if he could take a look. Jay came out promptly and communicated very well. He did a thorough check of the system, filters, and heating components and didn't find any issues but did find an issue with the HVAC settings, which he adjusted. And after all that, he refused to charge me because he hadn't actually repaired anything! It's hard to find an honest mechanic and incredibly convenient to find one who can come to you rather than you being captive at a repair shop. I would highly recommend Jay and will use him for any needed repairs in the future.

1000% recommend this company!! They were very professional and knowledgeable! Not only was the price amazing for a mobile service they were also very timely! Jay also gave us a detailed report about our car and when things should be replaced and where they were at in their wear and tear cycle! And can I just say how amazing it was to not have to leave my home?? I even live in an apartment!! So if you need anything with your car done definitely call Jay!! He’s the best!!

Could not ask for better service. Showed up the same day I called and was able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it was not something he could fix, but did provide a good referral. Tried to charge me absolutely nothing for the house call. This is somebody you can trust to look at your automobile!! I will definitely be using in the future.

I had a taillight that kept going out every few months and couldn’t figure out why. Jay was able to fix it in a few minutes! He was knowledgeable, quick and professional. Will definitely be using him for all of our auto needs!

It can be scary getting work on your car done when you’re a young woman because you don’t know if you might get ripped off, but Jay was quick to come and replace my battery from my apartment parking lot, gave exceptional service, and charged a very low price! I’d recommend him to anyone with car repair needs!
