I bought a custom leather seat kit and found Wally to install it. Wally is professional, friendly, and knowledgable. It only took him roughly a day to get the installation done and was flexible on the pick up time as I was stuck in meetings when the installation completed. The installation of the seat was impeccable. Highly recommend it if you are looking to switching the factory cloth seat to leather. The comfort and the aesthetic of the seat instantly elevated to a new level. In addition, the cost is reasonable compared to other shops that I inquired (plus they are not in SF) There is a small follow up item to fix the broken seat release cable and Wally was nice enough to offer fixing it for free for me.

Walked in to have my MGB cloth tonneau cover looked at. The stitching for one half of the zipper was coming undone. The gentleman there took a quick look at it and asked me to bring it inside and he fixed it right there and then. He did not charge me, it only took him a few minutes, but I was not expecting to get it fixed right away. Will definitely bring my other cars here for upholstery needs.

Wally Metzel did a perfect job installing a rear folding bench seat in my 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SL. I was in and out the same day, and he walked me through it all. The installation turned out exactly as I wanted, and now I have 2 more passengers in my convertible. Really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. I'll be coming back to him when I need my soft top replaced.

I had my the top of my convertible replaced here years ago. They did such a great job that I am returning to have the top replaced (or repaired) after someone felt the need to slash it last weekend.

The staff seemed knowledgeable but for some reason he didn't want to install the insulation told keep the heat out and the sound in. If I have to pay what I consider to be a lot of money to get a job done I at least want the job done thoroughly and correctly.
