Good honest place that gives you fair pricing and great customer service. Took my 06 Passat with a misfire and they were quick to solve the problem, even lowering the price because I was a student with limited funds. Don't listen to the negative reviews, they contain no proof of their claims. This place is amazing TLDR: Good mechanic, good pricing, good service.

Do not come here! I am an out of state resident and my state requires any amount of work from a licensed mechanic to be considered a state inspection for people living out of state. I explain this to the owner that a simple oil change or replacing one of my headlight bulbs would be okay just whatever’s cheaper to have done because I don’t need any actual maintenance done. So anyways they bring me back a bill for $650 for conditioning an inspection flushing my break system and rotating my tires. I asked for none of this and I was stuck with this bill. I should have agreed on a quote and signed something before because this man is a con artist. Do not trust them and sign for the work and price first. Also this owner will come on here and lie about this person never came in or this isn’t true. Trust me the story’s about the bad reviews are true. The owner used to work at a dealership and we all know how trustworthy those people are.

This is the worst customer service i ever experienced in my life . The wife is very nice but the old man is very rude and i feel as though he was rasist . I jus needed to un install my DUI equipment and he was rude for no reason. I feel like its because i had a nice car he was upset. I was very respectful saying yes sir and no mam so i know he is just a dishonest and bad businessman. 0/10 would recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.

I was over charged , dishonesty by owner claims that I needed a new alternator and it was their fault when installing device. Left plug loose wanted to charge me over $600 for alternator. Just plain unprofessional and dishonest

Ralph is a better con artist than a actual mechanic went in for to see why my car was misfiring, doesn’t contact me about any updates and furthermore came back the next day to see what was up and he still hadn’t even bothered to even check on the car.

4 tires where installed in this place,Three lost air due to stem valves failure. I guess they reuse the stem valves. The list is long on this issue. Cant recommend. Never going back there.

Stay away from this shop. The owner, Ralph Villazon, is a con artist, and the type of guy that gives auto repair shops a bad name. He does not stand behind or guarantee his work. A complete rip-off. Buyer beware!

Bad experience..Ralph is a thug a con artist and professional manipulator. They hold your car hostage claiming there's other things wrong. The only thing on his mind is ripping people off and take your money to build a BED &BREAKFAST- HOTEL in CUBA he steals your money and lies. wow he is a real piece of work this guy.dont go there go some where else..
