WORSE PLACE EVER !! They have to be paying people to leave good reviews because it’s a terrible place . None of the mechanic speak English & let alone know what pieces are what for cars . If you love your car , take it somewhere else !

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Multiser Versailles and its owner, Miguel. On Christmas Day, my family member mistakenly fueled my gasoline car with diesel, and we were in a desperate situation. Thankfully, Miguel’s shop was open, and he went above and beyond to assist us. Miguel swiftly organized a tow truck to bring the car in, took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the necessary repairs, and then efficiently fixed the problem within 3-4 hours on Christmas Day. His dedication, hard work, and honesty are truly commendable. I am impressed by the exceptional service we received during a time when most places were closed. Without a doubt, Multiser Versailles and Miguel have earned a well-deserved five stars for their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to helping customers, even on holidays. Highly recommended!

If I could give no stars I would, stole parts of my car and personal belongings, had my car for over a month and the car stopped working after a day they gave it back to me. Had to sell it for parts. Lying, unprofessional and will probably damage your car further than what already is. The owner Miguel (told me that he had received complaints about other customers accusing the same “mechanic” from stealing, this people took even my spare tire. Please save your hard earned money and time and skip this place they are total scammers. They have no idea of what they are doing and will charge you for things they can’t fix. Horrible experience customers beware, very friendly scammers do not be fooled

Muy descontento, lleve mi camioneta para cambiar la lámpara de carga tercera luz de freno instalaron la nueva lámpara sobres el sellante de la lámpara vieja, ellos me dijeron que lo saqué cuando seque pero eso es el sellante viejo debieron sacarlo y limpiar bien antes de poner la lámpara nueva, aparte el señor encargado o dueño le pidió a 2 muchacho que empezaron hacer el trabajo que se lavaran las manos, pero el término de hacer el trabajo y me manchó con grasa trabajo con las manos sucias, ahora tengo que ver cómo saco esa grasa. Me cobraron $153.47 para ser exacto, siempre he llevado mi camioneta a la Toyota esta vez por primera vez decidí llevarlo a otro lado, algunos me han dicho que en la Toyota es mas caro pero por lo que pague acá veo que no, seguiré llevando mi camioneta a la Toyota hasta el momento he quedado contento con los servicio que me le han hecho, ahora tendré que llevar mi camioneta a la Toyota para ver si ellos me pueden arreglar esa luz, porque en algún momento va a empezar a entrar agua y si yo le quito el sellante sobrante con más facilidad, les doy 2 estrella por qué creo que no lo hacen al propósito, al contrario esto los hace mejorar y no cometer estos errores y ser más cuidadoso en hacer estos tiempos de trabajo.
