I am an architect...I don't know anything about mechanics, for me the car, here in Miami is a necessity that takes me from one place to another, my car is already 80000 miles , so things are begining to wear out , I depend on a trusted mechanic service that tell me what my car needs , what the priority are and what needs to be fix inmediately so I don't cause more damage to the engine, that is tp me Miami's Quality Auto Repair, I have been taking all my cars there for the past 30 years and will continue to trust their judgement and their workmanship.. thank you for all your help!!!

I was very pleased with the work done and will go back to them. My son referred me to them and i jave friends who are looking for good mechanics after their warranty is up with the new car dealer.

My experience was amazing, I had a flat tire and eneded up needing 2. The customer service was phenomenonal and I was grateful for the assistance. Carlos and the staff made me feel appreciated and I was valued!

Best Auto Repair shop I’ve been to! You will be greeted by Andres. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and the waiting room is awesome with chairs, air conditioning, television, coffee, soda, and other treats all on the house while you wait. The work I’ve had done is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the job gets done right. Today I went and anticipated needing an entire brake job as I’ve been hearing squeaking. Andres took the time to inspect the brake pads. Not needed he said, you’re good for quite a while. That’s honesty and good business in my opinion. I highly recommend “Miami’s Quality Auto Repair”.

This auto repair place is the best. My car needed a torque body replacement . Who knew? They did! They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced! Nice snacks and drinks in the waiting area. I’ll be back!!

Carlos and the crew were professional, kept me informed throughout and thorough. Although it ended up costing more than I would have liked the work was needed and my truck is once again a pleasure to drive.

This company has the worst service and management that I ever seen - run don’t walk from these people- i hired them and they cancelled three times - they came once and did part of my stove -?the technician could not finish the oven - the supervisor said they were coming to finish even though I paid them - they never did - I would NEVEr recommend this company and if Jesus wants to call me I would tell him the same think - NEVER would I hire them again!!!!

This is the second time I've used Quality Auto and will do so again. The in-person experience is pleasant and professional. Their simple electronic appointment and notification system is great -- notifying me by text with a clear, itemized estimated cost and option to approve each item individually prior to the start of work. A similar notification came when work was completed and online payment was simple!

This workshop has raised prices in an exaggerated way, it is better to ask for prices in other workshops. I got half the price in another place, even for the diagnosis, Roque did not help at all. I think Carlos was more expert.

Whenever I have a non-dealer related service needed for my cars, I go to these guys. They're fair, have good prices and are often running discounts/sales so it's definitely worth the while. It's good to have honest mechanics nearby.

Miami Quality Auto continues to offer amazing service (both auto and customer). They've worked on both our cars for the last 11 years and we'll continue to take our cars there. They're clear and communicative. They don't push for expensive repairs and include detailed explanations and photos in their maintenance reports. In addition, they have wonderful front office staff that is helpful and super friendly. I don't write reviews often and this place deserves every star!

This was my first time using this shop. It was a great experience and a great value. From the first phone call to the return delivery of my vehicle, the staff was very professional and friendly. Roque handled my case. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I was hesitant to take my VW Atlas back to the dealership because of bad past experiences with professionalism and cost. I am taking all my vehicles to Miami's Quality Auto Repair from now on.

Carlos gave me a quote to replace the battery and when I paid the bill the quote was accurate. He gave me additional information on how to remove my key from the ignition. He was very cheerful. Thank you so much for your helpful service.

So happy to have found Miami's Quality Auto Repair. These guys are awesome to work with. Super friendly and you can wait or they will reach out to you when your vehicle is ready. With every service they do take the time to do an overall inspection after dealing with whatever service you brought it in for. You can choose to have them do the recommended extra services or not and they are fine with that either way.

Excellent customer service! They keep great communication and provide all information necessary for what your car needs. They also consult with you before doing anything to your car that you may or may not want done. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a good mechanic in South FL!
